“Gaek” Uang Negara  Rp 1,9 Miliar, Eks Kepala BRI Amplas Dituntut 7,5 Tahun

Terdakwa Rahmuka dan Dina dihadirkan secara virtual (ist)

 

 

INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Rahmuka Triki Ekawan, mantan Kepala Unit PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Amplas dituntut Jaksa 7 tahun 6 bulan penjara karena turut membantu korupsi Customer Service ( CS) anak buahnya sehingga negara dirugikan Rp 1,9 miliar pada persidangan di Pengadilan Tipikor Medan, Senin (27/2/2023).

 

Selain itu, terdakwa Rahmuka dibebani membayar denda Rp 300 juta subsider 6 bulan tanpa membayar Uang Pengganti( UP) karena tidak menikmati uang korupsi dari Dina Arpina ( berkas terpisah).

 

Sedangkan terdakwa Dina Arpina dituntut 8 tahun penjara denda Rp.500 juta subsider 6 bulan sertaembayar Uang Pengganti ( UP) Rp.1,93 juta subsider 4 tahun penjara.

 

Tuntutan tersebut diajukan Jaksa Penuntut Umum ( JPU) Julita Purba dihadapan Majelis Hakim diketuai Ahmad Sumardi dan Penasihat Hukum para terdakwa.

 

JPU berkeyakinan kedua terdakwa melanggar Pasal 2  jo Pasal 18 UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana.

Untuk mendengar nota pembelaan kedua Terdakwa, bidang dilanjutkan Senin mendatang.

 

Diketahui, tindak pidana korupsi kedua terdakwa berlangsung periode 2019 hingga 2020.

 

Awalnya, terdakwa Dina Arpina  mengajukan pinjaman  Kredit Umum Pedesaan (Kupedes) tanpa persetujuan 5 debitur alias fiktif, sebesar Rp977.980.753 yang kemudian disetujui Rahmuka Triki Ekawan selaku pimpinan BRI Amplas.

 

Dina kemudian melakukan pinjaman debitur Kupedes dan BRIGuna  sebanyak 6 rekening yang uang kelulusan pelunasannya juga digunakan keperluan pribadi sebesar Rp330.754.790.

 

Dina kemudian melakukan pinjaman debitur Kupedes dan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Mikro sebanyak 9 rekening sebesar Rp111.258.255 serta melakukan pemalsuan 2 bilyet deposito sebesar Rp510.167.403 dan lagi-lagi untuk kepentingan pribadinya.

 

Di pihak lain, terdakwa Rahmuka Triki Ekawan tidak melaksanakan cek dan ricek sesuai tugas maupun wewenangnya selaku pimpinan di bank plat merah tersebut sehingga menimbulkan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp1,9 miliar lebih.

 

Keduanya pun dijerat   Pasal 2 dan 3 jo Pasal 18 UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana. (mp)
