INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Pemko Medan melalui Dinas Ketenagakerjaan membuka 7 nomor layanan pengaduan untuk para pekerja yang mengalami masalah dalam mendapatkan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR). Diharapkan layanan ini dapat membantu pekerja terkendala dalam mendapatkan haknya tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturanperundangan yang berlaku.
“Pemko Medan melalui Dinas Ketenagakerjaan membuka layanan pengaduan bagi pekerja yang tidak mendapat haknya dalam hal Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR),” kata Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Medan, Illyan Chandra Simbolon.
Ketujuh nomor layanan pengaduan THR itu adalah 082166765529 (Marisi Sumatri Sinaga), 081263462281 (Marliana Yunita Sitanggang), 081284352150 (Maymoonah RM Sitanggang), 08116366603 (Jones Prapat), 085270720515 (Luhut Purba), 081376439444 (Lodewik Marpaung), dan 085262374485 (Arnold Pangaribuan).
“Ketujuh call center ini buka selama 24 jam dan setiap pengaduan segera ditindaklanjuti oleh petugas. Itu semua nomor pegawai Disnaker yang bertugas untuk memastikan pemberian THR kepada pekerja berjalan dengan lancar dan baik,” ucapnya .
Dia mengatakan, dengan tujuan nomor layanan pengaduan ini, diharapkan pekerja yang mengalami masalah tidak terhalang ruang dan waktu untuk mengadukan permasalahan untuk kita tindaklanjuti.
“Jika satu nomor tidak menanggapi, bisa hubungi nomor lain. Artinya, dengan 7 nomor layanan ini kita berharap pekerja yang mengalami masalah dapat dengan mudah menyampaikan pengaduannya, serta tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu,” ungkapnya.
Call center ini, lanjutnya, tidak hanya menangani pengaduan dari pekerja yang mengalami masalah dalam mendapatkan THR. Lebih dari itu, pekerja juga dapat berkonsultasi tentang THR.
Chandra mengatakan, pembukaan call center ini juga merupakan tindaklanjut dari Surat Menteri Ketenagakerjaan yang meminta daerah membuka posko pengaduan THR. (hpm).
