Kedua tersangka pelaku pembunuhan janda anak 3.(ist)
INVOCAVIT.COM, BINJAI – Tragis…seorang janda anak tiga dibunuh pasangannya sendiri karena takut diancam akan mendatangi orangtuanya jika tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehamilannya.
Peristiwa pembunuhan itu terjadi di sebuah gubuk yang berada di Jalan Talam, Lingkungan VI Kelurahan Nangka, Kecamatan Binjai Utara, Jumat (14/7) sekira pukul 05.00 Wib. Korbannya adalah janda berinisial JHS (45) warga Jalan Sudama, Kampung Lalang, Dusun VII Desa Perdamaian, Kecamatan Binjai, Kabupaten Langkat.
Adapun tersangka adalah JS (41) Warga Jalan Purwo, Dusun lll Desa Suka Makmur, Kecamatan Deli Tua, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, serta seorang rekannya berinisial AR (41) warga Jalan Pacul, Lingkungan l Kelurahan Cengkeh Turi, Kecamatan Binjai Utara.
Keduanya berhasil diamankan Satreskrim Polres Binjai pada Kamis (20/7) sore, sekira pukul 15.00 Wib, di hutan kawasan Hutaginjang, Kabupaten Humbahas.
Salah seorang pelaku, yaitu JS, dihadiahi timah panas setelah mencoba melawan saat akan ditangkap petugas. Keduanya pun disangkakan dengan Pasal 338 dan Pasal 365 ayat (3) KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman penjara 15 tahun.
Ceritanya demikian, berawal pada Oktober 2022, tersangka berkenalan dengan korban melalui media sosial Facebook, yang kemudian saling bertukar nomor HP, sehingga keduanya kerap berkomunikasi melalui WhatsApp.
“Korban mengaku sudah janda dan mempunyai anak 3 orang,” ungkap Wakapolres Binjai Kompol Firman, saat menggelar press rilis di halaman Mapolres Binjai, Jalan S. Hasanuddin, Kecamatan Binjai Kota, Senin (24/7) siang.
Selanjutnya, pada Desember 2022, korban dan tersangka bertemu pertama kali di Ramayana, Medan. Kemudian, mereka menyewa kamar penginapan di Delitua dan melakukan hubungan suami istri.
Usai melakukan hubungan intim, keduanya tidak pernah lagi ketemu. Namun kemudian, pada awal Januari 2023, korban menghubungi tersangka JS mengaku telah hamil dan minta pertanggungjawaban untuk dinikahi.
“Karena tersangka mengatakan belum siap untuk menikah, sehingga korban mengancam akan datang kerumah orangtua pelaku untuk memberitahukan perbuatannya,” beber Kompol Firma.
Kemudian, sambung Wakapolres, pada Februari 2023, korban kembali menghubungi tersangka, guna memberitahukan kalau dirinya telah keguguran.
Kemudian pada hari Kamis, 13 Juli 2023 sekitar pukul 17.00 Wib, tersangka berjanji bertemu dengan korban di halte depan tanah lapang Kebun Lada Binjai. Untuk selanjutnya dibawa ke sebuah gubuk milik MS yang berada di Jalan Talam, Lingkungan VI Kelurahan Nangka, Kecamatan Binjai Utara.
Kasat Reskrim AKP M. Ryan Permana, yang ikut mendampingi Wakapolres Binjai menimpali, setelah keduanya masuk ke gubuk, korban berbaring ditempat tidur sedangkan tersangka duduk dilantai sambil main hape.
Keduanyapun sempat melakukan hubungan suami istri. Usai melakukan hubungan intim, tepatnya sekira pukul 05.00 Wib, tersangka mendekati korban yang saat itu tidur terlentang.
Tersangka pun teringat dengan ucapan korban yang mengatakan ‘kalau papa tidak bertanggung jawab, kudatangi orangtua papa biar tau semua perbuatanmu, biar mati mamamu’ sehingga tersangka emosi dan saat itu langsung mencekik leher korban dan tangan kanannya menekan kening korban.
“Tersangka mencekik korban sekitar 5 menit. Setelah korban tidak bergerak lagi, tersangka kembali duduk di kursinya,” tegas AKP M. Ryan.
Keesokan harinya, sekira pukul 11.00 Wib, lanjut Perwira Pertama Polisi ini, tersangka beralasan kalau korban sakit dan tidak bergerak lagi, lalu memberitahukannya dengan AR.
AR pun akhirnya membantu mencarikan becak untuk membawa korban ke Rumah Sakit Bidadari Binjai. Setelah sampai, korban pun langsung ditinggal oleh AR.
“Tersangka dan AR akhirnya membawa barang barang milik korban ke daerah Amplas.
AR membantu menjualkan HP korban seharga Rp. 700. 000, dan uang tersebut digunakan keduanya pergi ke Samosir,” tegas Kasatreskrim Polres Binjai, seraya menambahkan bahwa jenazah korban berinisial JHS telah di outopsi di RS Bhayangkari Medan.
Beberapa barang bukti pun berhasil disita petugas, diantaranya 2 unit HP dan pakaian yang kenakan pelaku dan korban saat berhubungan intim. (red)
