Polres Labusel Amankan Pencuri Sawit PT Torganda

Tersangka pencuri sawit diamankan bersama barang bukti minibus yang digunakan untuk beraksi.(ist).

 

LABUSEL, INVOCAVIT.COM – Satuan Reskrim Polres Labuhanbatu Selatan (Labusel) mengamankan seorang pencuri sawit yang beraksi menggunakan mobil minibus jenis xenia.

 

Kapolres Labusel, AKBP Maringan Simanjuntak mengatakan, pihaknya masih mendalami pemeriksaan untuk mengungkap dugaan adanya keterlibatan pelaku lain.

 

“Tersangka dan barang bukti sudah kita amankan, dan penyidikan masih didalami,” ujar Maringan, Kamis (25/1/2024).

 

Dijelaskannya, pencurian itu terjadi di Afdeling III Blok IV AB Kebun Sibisa Mangatur Desa Torganda Kecamatan Torgamba, Kabupaten Labusel pada Rabu (24/1/2024) dinihari.

 

Saat itu, dua petugas jaga perkebunan, Asrul A Hasibuan (34) dan Abecando Imvol Barto Silaban melihat satu unit mobil minibus Daihatsu Xenia biru metalic nomor polisi BM 1013 AL hendak keluar dari areal perkebunan PT Torganda.

 

Kedua saksi segera menghentikan minibus tersangka karena mencurigakan. Sopirnya bernama Eka Prastia (32), warga Kecamatan Torgamba untuk keluar, selanjutnya dilakukan penggeledahan.

 

“Dari dalam mobil sarat muatan itu ditemukan 22 goni (karung) plastik ukuran 50 kilogram  berisi berondolan buah kelapa sawit dengan total berat 1.100 Kg,” terang mantan Kasubdit Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Sumut tersebut.

 

Guna proses penyidikan selanjutnya tersangka dan barang bukti diamankan kepolisian. Peristiwa itu kemudian dilaporkan Jismen Sitorus (44), warga Perumahan Staf PT Torganda ke Polsek Torgamba dengan Nomor :LP/B/25/I/2024/SPKT/POLSEK TORGAMBA/POLRES LABUHANBATU SELATAN/POLDASU, tanggal 24 Januari 2024.

 

“Pelapor mengaku kerugian mencapai Rp 3.410.000,” pungkas Maringan.(jos).
