Deli Serdang, tewas dalam kondisi kepala pecah akibat terlindas ban Dump Truck di Jalan Jamin Ginting KM 17 Dusun 2 Desa Lama, Kec. Pancur Batu, Kab. Deli Serdang, Senin (7/10) sekira pukul 13.00 WIB. Penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan maut tersebut diduga, akibat sepeda motor yang dikendarai korban terjatuh ke kolong Dump Truck setelah along-along yang dipasang di bagian sepeda motor milik korban itu bersentuhan dengan sesuatu di pinggir jalan.
Data yang diterima dari lapangan, awalnya Dump Truck Mitsubishi Fuso BK 8640 EJ bermuatan tanah timbun yang dikemudikan Jason Tarigan (53) warga Dsn II Desa Namorih, Kec. Pancur Batu melaju dari arah Tanah Karo – Medan. Secara bersamaan searah di depan melaju sepeda motor Honda Beat BK 6504 ABB bermuatan along – along ya g dikendarai Surya Basuki.
Saat melintas di TKP dimana kondisi jalan aspal, bagus, lurus, cuaca cerah, arus lalin sepi dan lancar, Truck melaju ke kanan berusaha mendahului sepeda motor yang dikendarai si korban. Namun, pada saat bagian depan truck melewati sepeda motor, sisi kiri along – along sepeda motor tersebut bersentuhan dengan sesuatu yang terdapat di tepi jalan, sehingga menyebabkan sepeda motor terpental ke kanan dan masuk ke bawah kolong truck.
Seketika itu juga korban dan sepeda motornya terlindas oleh roda belakang kiri truck yang mengakibatkan korban tewas dalam kondisi mengenaskan di TKP. Warga sekitar yang melihat kejadian berdatangan ke lokasi sekaligus melapor ke Poslantas Polsek Pancur Batu.
Tak lama kemudian, personil Poslantas Polsek Pancur Batu turun ke TKP melakukan penanganan dan olah TKP. Selanjutnya, petugas mengevakuasi jasad korban ke RSUP H. Adam Malik, sementara sopir dump Truck berikut kedua kendaraan yang terlibat tabrakan tersebut diamankan ke Mapolsek Pancur Batu.
Kapolsek Pancur Batu AKP Dr. Krisnat Napitupulu, SE, MH melalui Kanit lantas Iptu Pol Rizal Purba ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan, penyebab kecelakaan tersebut diduga karena sepeda motor yang dikendarai korban terjatuh ke kolong dump truck setelah sebelumnya bersenggolan dengan sesuatu di pinggir jalan.
“Begitu kejadian, jasad korban langsung dievakuasi ke RSUP H. Adam Malik. Untuk pengusutan lebih lanjut, sopir dump truck berikut kedua barang bukti diamankan ke Mako,” ujar Iptu Rizal.(tg)
