TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVIT. COM-Polres Tanjungbalai melalui Polsek Tanjungbalai Selatan (TBS) melaksanakan proses Problem solving dalam menyelesaikan kasus Perselisihan Antar Warga yang terjadi pada hari Selasa (26/8) pukul 10.00 Wib.
Kegiatan Problem solving yang Berlangsung di Kantor Camat Tanjung Balai Selatan Jln. M. Abbas Kel. Pantai Burung Kec. Tanjung Balai Selatan Kota Tanjung Balai dihadiri oleh Camat Tanjung Balai Selatan Yudi Irfan Lesmana S.P, Kapolsek TBS Selatan Kompol Edi Sidauruk, S.H. M.H, Anggota DPR Kota Tanjung Balai Bapak Edy, mewakili Kasat Pol PP, Kepling II, tokoh masyarakat dan personil Polsek Tanjungbalai Selatan.
Kasus ini melibatkan 2 keluarga jln M. Nawawi Link II Kec. Tanjungbalai Selatan atas nama inisial (BE) dan (L) dengan Saudari (GJ) yang bermula beberapa bulan lalu anak ibu (GJ) memarkirkan mobil didepan halaman rumah Ibu (BE) dan (L). Merasa tidak senang lalu Ibu (BE) dan (L) menyiramkan air dirumah Ibu (GJ) terus menerus dengan menyiramkan minyak, garam dan air Deterjen hinggaa konflik tersebut sering terjadi sampai hari ini.
Problem solving dilakukan sebagai upaya penyelesaian masalah secara kekeluargaan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk keluarga korban dan pelaku, serta Kepala Lingkungan setempat.
Kapolsek TBS Kompol HE Sidauruk mengatakan kegiatan ini merupakan penyelesaian masalah yang dilakukan kedua belah pihak sehingga sepakat untuk berdamai.
“Alhamdulillah, mediasi berjalan lancar dan kedua pihak telah saling memaafkan serta mencapai kesepakatan damai,” ujar Kompol HE Sidauruk.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, pelaku menyampaikan permohonan maaf secara langsung kepada korban dan keluarga, serta berjanji tidak akan mengulangi perbuatannya.
“Dengan adanya penyelesaian masalah ini, diharapkan hubungan baik antar warga tetap terjaga, serta menjadi contoh positif bagi masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan masalah secara damai,” tandasnya.(anja)
