Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Bank Sumut meraih penghargaan kategori “Tingkat Keterhunian Tertinggi (100%)” dalam ajang Evaluasi Kinerja Bank Penyalur Pembiayaan Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) Kuartal III Tahun 2025 Sesuai Sampling yang digelar oleh Badan Pengelola Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (BP Tapera) di Bogor, Kamis (23/10).
Penghargaan diserahkan langsung oleh BP Tapera dan diterima oleh Pemimpin Divisi Ritel Bank Sumut, Gama Cherry Al Halim. Pencapaian ini menjadi bukti konsistensi Bank Sumut dalam memastikan setiap unit rumah yang dibiayai melalui program FLPP benar-benar dihuni oleh masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR).
Direktur Bisnis dan Syariah Bank Sumut, Syafrizalsyah mengatakan penghargaan tersebut menjadi dorongan bagi Bank Sumut untuk terus memperkuat kontribusi terhadap pembiayaan perumahan yang berkelanjutan.
“Bank Sumut mendapat kehormatan untuk menyampaikan sambutan di hadapan seluruh peserta karena berhasil meraih Penghargaan Kategori Tingkat Keterhunian 100 persen sesuai sampling. Sebuah apresiasi sekaligus motivasi atas komitmen kami dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan yang tepat sasaran dan mendukung visi pemerintah dalam memperluas akses rumah layak huni bagi masyarakat,” ujar Syafrizalsyah, Senin (27/10).
Keberhasilan ini diakui Syafrizalsyah diperoleh seiring upaya Bank Sumut terus memperkuat sinergi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan DPD Real Estat Indonesia (REI) Sumut melalui program Bebas Biaya Provisi, Administrasi, Akad FLPP, dan Balik Nama bagi MBR. Khususnya dalam mewujudkan kuota 20.000 rumah di Sumatera Utara.
Langkah ini menjadi bagian dari dukungan konkret Bank Sumut terhadap Program Nasional 3 Juta Rumah, sekaligus bentuk keberpihakan kepada masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah agar lebih mudah memiliki hunian layak.
“Kami berkomitmen menghadirkan kemudahan akses pembiayaan rumah bagi MBR melalui kebijakan bebas biaya ini. Kolaborasi antara Bank Sumut, Pemprov Sumut, dan REI menjadi langkah nyata mempercepat pemerataan kepemilikan rumah di Sumatera Utara,” tambah Syafrizalsyah.
Kegiatan evaluasi yang digelar BP Tapera dihadiri oleh Anggota Komite Tapera Dr. Eko D. Heripoerwanto, Direktur Operasi Pemanfaatan BP Tapera Muhammad Nauval Al-Ammari, serta perwakilan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Kementerian Keuangan. Acara tersebut juga diikuti oleh 41 bank penyalur dan asosiasi pengembang yang aktif mendukung Program FLPP.
Dalam pemaparannya, Nauval menyebut tingkat keterhunian rumah FLPP nasional telah mencapai 93 persen dengan sebaran pemantauan lebih dari 90 kabupaten/kota.
“BP Tapera terus berupaya agar masyarakat memperoleh rumah FLPP yang siap huni dan bermanfaat sesuai aturan yang berlaku,” kata Nauval.
