Setelah ditelusuri ternyata putusan hakim tersebut lebih rendah dari tuntutan jaksa penuntut umum Fransiska Panggabean yang sebelumnya menuntut terdakwa dua tahun penjara.

Jaksa Penuntut Umum ( JPU) Fransiska Panggabean dari Kejatisu merasa pusing ditanya hukuman 1 tahun penjara terhadap terdakwa Tek Siong, bos judi online di MMTC.
” Saya stres dan pusing terus ditanya wartawan soal putusan Tek Siong,” ujar JPU Fransiska Panggabean kepada wartawan, Rabu (18/1/2023) usai Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Medan diketuai Philip memvonis Tek Siong 1 tahun penjara.
Pasalnya, saat pembacaan putusan hakim terdakwa Tek Siong divonis 1 tahun penjara, suara hakim nyaris tak terdengar termasuk pasal yang diterapkan hakim. Sebelumnya JPU menerapkan Pasal 303 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana (dakwaan primer) sehingga menuntut Tek Siong 2 tahun penjara.
Tapi dalam pertimbangan hakim, tidak jelas pasal yang diterapkan apakah setuju dengan JPU atau tidak.
Makanya wartawan bertanya kepada JPU termasuk apakah sikap JPU atas putusan hakim itu banding atau tidak. Sebab putusan hanya sepertiga dari tuntutan JPU.” Sudah..sudahlah, itu aja pun yang kalian tanya.Pusing saya, ” ujar JPU Fransiska sambil memegang kepalanya meninggalkan Wartawan.
Diberitakan sebelumnya , Sabtu (11/6/2022) sekira pukul 23.00 WIB petugas gabungan dari Polda Sumut dan Polrestabes Medan melakukan penggerebekan di lokasi judi di Komplek Asia Mega Mas Jalan Asia Indah Blok DD, Kecamatan Medan Area, Kota Medan.
“Dari penggerebekan itu, Indah Sari Nasution alias Indah bersama Silvia Dwi Putri alias Via (masing-masing berkas terpisah) yang bekerja sebagai kasir sekaligus penyelenggara perjudian game ketangkasan tembak ikan dan Roulette Bubble Gun di lokasi tersebut diamankan petugas,” ujar JPU.
Selain Indah dan Via, petugas juga mengamankan Sarmin Salim, Lim Ming San alias Alwi, Tan Sioe Lie alias Ali bersama barang bukti 4 unit mesin Roulette merek Bubble Gun, 1 unit mesin Roulette merek Gokong, 3 unit mesin tembak ikan merek Lou Han.
Sebanyak 15 unit mesin Slot merk Dong Man You XI, 6 unit UPS, 1 buah Expedisi warna hijau, 1 buah chip pengisi dan pengcancel koin game ketangkasan, uang tunai sebesar Rp42.061.000 dan 2 unit handphone.
Ketika diinterogasi, Indah dan Via menerangkan bahwa pemilik lokasi perjudian game ketangkasan tersebut adalah milik terdakwa Tek Siong.
Mendapat informasi itu, Minggu, (12/62022) sekira pukul 12.00 WIB, petugas melakukan penangkapan terhadap terdakwa Tek Siong di Jalan AR Hakim, Gang Bakung, Kecamatan Medan Area.
Dari penangkapan itu, petugas menemukan barang bukti 1 unit handphone merek Redmi. Selanjutnya terdakwa Tek Siong dibawa ke Kantor Ditreskrimum Polda Sumut guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. (Pung).
