INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN- Komisi III DPRD Medan sangat menyayangkan pernyataan pihak Mall Centre Point Medan yang menyebut dasar mendirikan bangunan super mega itu hanya berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan antara PT Arga Citra Kharisma (PT ACKH) dengan PT Kereta Api Imdonesia (PT KAI) yang memenangkan PT ACKH.
Pasalnya, terbukti hingga saat ini bangunan mall Centre Point di Jalan Jawa Kelurahan Buntu, Kecamatan Medan Timur tersebut tidak memiliki Surat Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (SIMB).
“Saya rasa untuk syarat mendirikan bangunan tidak cukup hanya salinan keputusan. Tetapi harus memiliki SIMB. Sangat kita sayangkan, begitu besar kebocoran PAD dari retribusi SIMB,” tandas anggota Komisi III Mulia Syahputra Nasution, saat rapat bersama PT. ACKH dan PT KAI, Senin sore (28/11/22) di ruang Komis III terkait pajak PBB dan retribusi parkir mall Centre Point, Senin sore (28/11/2022).
Rapat dipimpin Sekretaris Komisi III Hendri Duin Sembiring dihadiri anggota Mulia Syahputra Nasution, dan Irwansyah. Rapat juga dihadiri perwakilan PT ACKH selaku pengelola mall Centre Point Medan, Tika Rahayu dan Fahmuddin, mewakili PT KAI Zuhril Alim dan Imron, serta mewakili BPPRD Kota Medan Amran dan Joharsyah.
Pada kesempatan itu, awalnya Mulia Syahputra Nasution mempertanyakan apakah PT ACKH memenuhi aturan mengurus dan membayar SIMB dalam pembangunan Centre Poin. Selanjutnya dewan mempertanyakan apa dasar pihak Centre Point sehingga dapat mendirikan bangunan.
Lalu pihak pengelola Centre Point, Tika Rahayu, menjelaskan bahwa dasar pembangunan atas keputusan pengadilan dengan sengketa lahan PT. ACKH lawan PT. KAI.
Mendengar pernyataan itu, sejumlah anggota Komisi III tampak heran. Lalu pimpinan rapat Hendri Duin meminta kembali sejumlah dokumen pendukung. Ternyata pihak PT. ACKH tidak dapat memberikan dokumen dimaksud.
Karena tidak dapat memberikan dokumen, akhirnya Hendri Duin Sembiring menunda rapat. “Kalau begitu, rapat kita skor saja menunggu pihak PT. ACKH dapat menunjukkan dukomen yang kita butuhkan,” tegasnya. (Ki).
