INVOCAVIT.COM, JAKARTA- Mantan Kadiv Propam Polri Irjen Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawathi, dkk menjalani sidang perdana dalam kasus pembunuhan terhadap Brigadir Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadir J.
Dalam sidang perdana yang digelar di PN Jakarta Selatan terungkap skenario yang disusun Ferdy Sambo menghabisi Brigadir Josua berdasarkan pengalaman menjadi anggota Polri. Dalam surat dakwaan yang dibacakan tim jaksa penuntut umum di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan (PN Jaksel), Ferdy Sambo menyusun strategi pembunuhan terhadap Yosua usai mendengar kabar sang istri, Putri Candrawathi dilecehkan. Pelecehan terjadi saat di Magelang, Jawa Tengah.
“Mendengar cerita sepihak yang belum pasti kebenarannya tersebut membuat terdakwa Ferdy Sambo menjadi marah. Namun dengan kecerdasan dan pengalaman puluhan tahun sebagai anggota Kepolisian sehingga Ferdy Sambo berusaha menenangkan dirinya lalu memikirkan serta menyusun strategi untuk merampas nyawa korban Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat,” ujar jaksa dalam surat dakwaan yang dibacakan di PN Jaksel, Senin (17/10).
Jaksa menyebut Ferdy Sambo menyusun strategi pembunuhan berencana terhadap Yosua di kediaman pribadi, di Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga, Jakarta Selatan.
Ferdy Sambo awalnya memanggil ajudannya Ricky Rizal Wibowo dan mengutarakan rencananya. Ferdy Sambo kemudian bertanya kepada Ricky Rizal soal kesiapannya menembak Yosua. Permintaan Ferdy Sambo ditolak Ricky Rizal dengan alasan tak siap mental.
Kemudian, Ferdy Sambo meminta Rizky Rizal memanggil Richard Eliezer Pudihang Limiu. Richard pun menemui Ferdy Sambo yang akhirnya menyanggupi arahan Ferdy Sambo menembak Yosua.
Penembakan terjadi di rumah dinas Ferdy Sambo di Duren Tiga, Jakarta Selatan. Richard menembak Yosua sebanyak tiga atau empat kali dengan senjata api glock-17 nomer seri MPY851.
Usai Yosua terkapar bersimbah darah, Ferdy Sambo menghampiri Yosua dalam keadaan tertelungkup dan masih bergerak kesakitan.
“Untuk memastikan tidak bernyawa lagi, Terdakwa Ferdy Sambo yang sudah memakai sarung tangan hitam menggenggam senjata api dan menembak satu kali mengenai tepat bagian belakang sisi kiri korban Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat hingga korban meninggal dunia,” kata jaksa. (mdk)
