Kapolres Tanjungbalai AKBP.Welman Feri SIK.MIK saat memberikan pemaparan rilis akhir tahun 2025.(ist)
TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVIT.COM-Menutup lembaran tahun 2025, Polres Tanjungbalai menggelar konferensi pers rilis akhir tahun untuk memaparkan capaian kinerja dan kondisi keamanan di wilayah hukum Kota Tanjungbalai.
Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Aula Sar Polres Tanjungbalai pada Rabu (31/12) pagi pukul 10.00 WIB yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Tanjungbalai AKBP Welman Feri, SIK, MIK, didampingi Wakapolres Kompol MP Pardede, SH.
Turut hadir jajaran Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polres Tanjungbalai serta Satuan wartawan Polres (Satwares) dari berbagai media yang bertugas di lingkungan Polres Tanjungbalai.
Dalam paparannya, AKBP Welman Feri menyampaikan rangkuman data terkait penanganan kasus kriminal, peredaran narkoba, hingga angka kecelakaan lalu lintas sepanjang tahun 2025. Ia menegaskan bahwa Polres Tanjungbalai terus berkomitmen memberikan rasa aman bagi warga.
“Rilis akhir tahun ini adalah bentuk transparansi kami kepada masyarakat mengenai apa saja yang telah kami kerjakan selama satu tahun terakhir. Kami bersyukur, berkat kerja keras personel dan dukungan masyarakat, situasi Kamtibmas di Tanjungbalai secara umum tetap kondusif, Tentu ini tidak lepas dari bantuan steakholder dan masyarakat dan kami membuka saran dan masukan dari berbagai pihak untuk perbaikan yang akan mendatang” ujar AKBP Welman Feri.
Kapolres juga menyoroti keberhasilan jajarannya dalam mengungkap beberapa kasus menonjol yang sempat menjadi perhatian publik. Selain penegakan hukum, langkah pencegahan (preventif) melalui patroli rutin juga diklaim efektif menurunkan angka tindak pidana dibanding tahun sebelumnya.
Selain memaparkan keberhasilan, Kapolres juga menyampaikan evaluasi dan tantangan yang akan dihadapi di tahun 2026. Ia mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk terus bersinergi dengan kepolisian dalam menjaga ketertiban kota.
Di akhir acara, Kapolres memberikan apresiasi kepada para insan pers yang selama ini membantu menyebarkan informasi positif dan akurat mengenai kegiatan kepolisian.
