INVOCAVIT.COM, JAKARTA – Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat menjatuhkan hukuman seumur hidup bagi terdakwa Teddy Minahasa Bin Abu Bakar dalam persidangan, Selasa (9/5).
“Menyatakan terdakwa terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana turut serta melakukan secara tanpa hak atau melawan hukum menawarkan untuk dijual, menjual, menjadi perantara dalam jual beli, menukar dan menyerahkan Narkotika Golongan I bukan tanaman, yang beratnya lebih dari 5 kg sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 114 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke- 1 KUHP sesuai dakwaan pertama Penuntut Umum,” demikian amar putusan yang dibacakan hakim ketua.
Ketua majelis hakim juga memerintahkan terdakwa tetap ditahan.
Menetapkan agar Negara membayar biaya perkara sebesar Rp5.000.
Atas putusan tersebut, Majelis Hakim memberikan kesempatan kepada Penuntut Umum dan terdakwa untuk menyatakan sikap selama tujuh hari.(rel).
