PANCURBATU, INVOCAVIT.COM – Pengadilan Negeri Lubuk Pakam yang bersidang di Pancurbatu, akan menggelar sidang pembacaan putusan terdakwa Feri Hariyanto alias Peker dan pembacaan tuntutan Fs alias Firdaus Sitepu, Selasa (24/12).
Seyogiannya sidang pembacaan putusan dan tuntutan itu dilakukan pada persidangan pekan lalu namun tanpa alasan yang jelas, persidangan ditunda.
Terdakwa Feri Hariyanto alia Pekar terduga komplotan sedangkan FS alias Firdaus Sitepu diduga sebagai otak pelaku pelemparan bom molotov kerumah wartawan Leo Depari.
Kacabjari Pancur Batu Yus Imam Harefa saat di konfirmasi membenarkan bahwa Fs alias Firdaus Sitepu akan disidangkan dalam agenda pembacaan tuntutan.
“Iya besok (Selasa 24/12 red),” balasnya singkat saat di konfirmasi wartawan, Senin (23/12). Rencananya sidang akan dimulai pukul 10.15 wib.
Sebelumnya, Feri Hariyanto alias peker dituntut 5 tahun penjara oleh Jaksa penuntut umum Ade Meinanri Barus pada persidangan Selasa 10 Desember 2024 lalu.
“Menyatakan terdakwa Feri Hariyanto Alias Peker bersalah melakukan tindak pidana membantu memberikan kesempatan secara sengaja melakukan perbuatan membakar yang mendatangkan bahaya umum bagi barang sebagaimana diatur dan diancam pidana dalam dakwaan alternatif kedua melanggar Pasal 187 ayat (1) KUHPidana Jo. Pasal 56 ke-2 KUHPidana,” kata JPU dalam tuntutannya.
Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa Feri Hariyanto Alias Peker dengan pidana penjara selama 5 (lima) tahun dengan dikurangkan lamanya terdakwa ditangkap dan ditahan dengan perintah agar tetap ditahan. Menetapkan barang bukti, berupa : 1 (satu) potong baju kaos berkerah lengan pendek warna hitam,1 (satu) potong celana jeans pendek warna biru,1 (satu) buah bom Molotov yang terbuat dari botol merek anggur merah berisikan BBM jenis pertalite warna hijau dengan sumbu kain motif batik yang sudah terbakar,1 (satu) file rekaman CCTV di lokasi kejadian saat terjadi tindak pidana percobaan pembakaran.
Susana di Pengadilan Negeri Lubuk Pakam di Pancur Batu saat pembacaan tuntutan Peker mendadak ricuh, pasalnya korban bersama sejumlah warga tidak terima dan merasa tidak adil jika terdakwa peker hanya di tuntut 5 tahun penjara. Bahkan saat kejadian sejumlah warga langsung berdatangan ke Pengadilan sembari membawa ban.
Beruntung pada saat itu personil Polsek Pancur Batu langsung meredam kericuhan tersebut. Korban berharap supaya Majelis Hakim dapat memberikan keadilan bagi mereka yang rumahnya dilempar bom Molotov pada 21 Desember 2023 yang lalu.
Korban juga mengungkapkan bahwa pelemparan bom Molotov kerumahnya pada waktu itu diduga merupakan perencanaan pembunuhan dirinya sekeluarga yang tingal dirumah tersebut. Karena korban mendapatkan kabar ada tiga buah bom Molotov disiapkan untuk menghabisi nyawa mereka yang saat itu sedang tertidur pulas.
Koban juga menjelaskan bahwa akibat kejadian tersebut dirinya bersama istri dan anak anaknya mengalami trauma terlebih anak anaknya yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar yang selalu ketakutan saat malam hari dan saat melihat orang lain datang kerumahnya
“Semoga besok tidak ditunda, Saya minta Majelis Hakim yang akan membacakan Vonis Feri Hariyanto dapat memberikan vonis yang sangat berat kepadanya, dan saya juga berharap supaya JPU yang membacakan tuntutan terdakwa Firaus Sitepu memberikan tuntutan yang seberat beratnya. Kami tidak tau bagaimana nasif kami jika bom Molotov itu tidak cepat kami padamkan, kami bisa saja mati semuanya, tak hanya itu setelah pelemparan bom Molotov rumah kami dilemparkan kain kafan sampai sekarang juga sering dilempari dengan batu pada malam hari,” ucap korban, Senin, 23 Desember 2024.
Tak hanya pembacaan vonis Feri Hariyanto alias Peker, Firdaus Sitepu yang diduga salah satu otak pelaku pelemparan bom molotov kerumah wartawan juga akan menjalani sidang agenda pembacaan tuntuntan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum Richisandi Sibagariang, S.H.***
