Medan, Invocavit.Com- Konglomerat asal Medan Mujianto resmi ditahan oleh Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara (Kejati Sumut), Rabu (20/7/2022).
Direktur PT Agung Cemara Realty (ACR) itu ditahan terkait dugaan korupsi kredit macet di Bank BTN Medan.
Kasi Penkum Kejati Sumut Yos A Tarigan mengatakan, Mujianto ditetapkan tersangka dan ditahan dalam perkara kredit macet di Bank BTN yang menyebabkan kerugian negara senilai Rp 39,5 miliar.
Yos mengkronologiskan, pada tahun 2011 Mujianto melakukan pengikatan perjanjian jual beli tanah kepada CS selaku direktut PT KAYA seluas 13.680 m2 yang terletak di Desa Helvetia Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deliserdang.
Kemudian, PT KAYA yang Direkturnya CS mengajukan kredit Modal Kerja Kredit Konstruksi Kredit Yasa Griya di Bank BTN Medan dengan plafon Rp39,5 miliar guna pengembangan perumahan Takapuna Residence, di Jalan Kapten Sumarsono dan menjadi kredit macet serta diduga terdapat Peristiwa Pidana yang mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara.
“Diduga dalam proses pencairan kredit tersebut tidak sesuai dengan proses dan aturan yang berlaku dalam penyetujuan kredit di perbankan, akibatnya ditemukan peristiwa pidana yang mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara Rp 39,5 M,” kata mantan Kasi Pidsus Deliserdang itu.
Atas perbuatan tersangka diduga melanggar Pasal 2 Subsidair Pasal 3 juncto Pasal 18 UU (Undang Undang) Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP jo Pasal 56 ke-2 KUHPidana jo Pasal 5 ke-1 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU).(tm/jos)
