Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM; Seorang begal sadis yang sudah lebih dari 7 kali beraksi dengan bersenjata tajam jenis sabit, terpaksa ditembak personil Unit Reskrim Polsek Medan Area. Bahkan, tersangka dan komplotannya tidak segan-segan melukai korbannya walau tidak melakukan perlawanan apalagi ketika melawan.
Bahkan, setelah ditangkap, tersangka berpura-pura mau buang air kecil namun tersangka langsung memukul kepada salah seorang anggota Polsek Medan Area dan berusaha melarikan diri. Dengan terpaksa, tersangkapun ditembak di kedua kakinya.
Tersangka bersama komplotannya terakhir kali beraksi di Jalan Panglima Denai/Menteng VII, Kelurahan Menteng Tenggara Kecamatan Medan Denai, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara.
Tersangka bernama Muh Albi Ilham Barus (21), Warga Mahoni Pasar II Tembung. Empat orang komplotannya yang sudah diketahui identitasnya kini menjadi DPO (Daftar Pencarian Orang).
Dari kejadian itu, korban Rivaldo Sagala (23), Warga Dusun III, Kecamatan Patumbak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang mengalami kerugian 1 Unit Sepeda Motor Yamaha N-Max Warna Hitam Tahun 2022, dan 1 Unit Handphone merek Samsung A70 warna Hitam.
Kapolsek Medan Area melalui Kanit Reskrim Polsek Medan Area, Iptu. Dian Simangunsong, S.H., M.H, mengatakan, peristiwa itu terjadi pada Jumat (17/10) sekitar pukul 03.30 WIB, di Jl.Panglima Denai/Menteng VII. Ketika itu, korban bersama saksi Tsya Dameuli Br Silitonga, yang hendak pulang ke Patumbak berboncengan melintas dari tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) dengan menaiki Sepeda Motor Merk Yamaha N-Max Warna Hitam Tahun 2022, secara tiba-tiba dari arah belakang ada lima orang pelaku mengendarai dua Sepeda Motor Matic yaitu Scoopy Warna Merah Dop dan Vario Warna Putih memberhentikan korban dan tersangka menarik Sepeda Motor korban dengan menodongkan senjata tajam berbentuk sabit kemudian menyayat tangan sebelah kiri korban serta memukul kepala korban dengan sabit, dan membacokkan kepala bagian kening serta pelipis korban.
“Selanjutnya para pelaku merampas Handphone Samsung A70 milik korban. Kemudian, korban membuat laporan dengan No. LP/B/688/X/2025/SPKT/Polsek Medan Area/Polrestabes Medan/Polda Sumatera Utara,” ucap Iptu. Dian Simangunsong, pada Minggu (19/10/2025).
Setelah menerima laporan tersebut, lebih lanjut, Iptu. Dian Simangunsong, tim melakukan penyelidikan dan tak berhasil mengamankan seorang tersangka bernama MHD Albi Ilham Barus yang sedang mengendarai Sepeda Motor yang identik dengan milik korban.
Saat diinterogasi tersangka mengaku Sepeda Motor tersebut adalah milik korban yang dibegal di Jalan Denai/ Menteng VII serta mengakui perbuatannya dilakukan bersama empat orang pelaku lainnya, yakni : MHD Rahman, Komeng, Rasyah alias Panjang dan sebutan pendek.
Dari hasil interogasi lanjutan, tersangka menerangkan bahwa telah 7 kali melakukan aksi begal di lokasi berbeda yakni :
(1). di Jalan Besar Tanjung Morawa.
(2). Wilayah Bandar Setia Tembung.
(3). Wilayah Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang.
(4). Wilayah Sampali, Deli Serdang.
(5). Jalan Sutrisno Suka Ramai Medan.
(6) Jalan Juanda Medan.
(7) Jalan Denai Medan Tenggara.
Berdasarkan keterangan tersangka tersebut, tim membawa tersangka melakukan pengembangan untuk mencari keempat kawanan dimaksud, namun saat di Jalan Laut Dendang, tersangka meminta izin untuk buang air kecil.
“Saat petugas memindahkan borgolnya ke arah depan, tersangka memukul kepala salah seorang Personil an. Bripka Arifin hingga terjatuh. Kemudian tersangka melarikan diri yang membuat Tim melumpuhkan tersangka dengan menembak kedua kaki tersangka,” tersangka Dian.
Dari tersangka disita barang bukti, 1 Unit Sepeda Motor Yamaha N-Max Warna Hitam Tahun 2022, 1 buah celana jeans dan jaket yang dipakai tersangka dalam aksinya.
“Terhadap tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 365 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 7 tahun penjara,” pungkasnya.***
