Unit Usaha Syariah Bank Sumut menyerahkan laptop ke sekolah Bintang Tabbani program CWLD.(ist)
Deli Serdang, INVOCAVIT.COM: PT Bank Sumut melalui Unit Usaha Syariah menyalurkan manfaat Program Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD) berupa empat unit laptop kepada Sekolah Bintang Rabbani di Desa Tiga Juhar, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Selasa (09/12). Penyaluran ini menjadi wujud komitmen Bank Sumut dalam memperkuat akses pendidikan sekaligus mendorong literasi digital bagi para siswa di wilayah tersebut.
Penyerahan fasilitas ini dilakukan langsung oleh Direktur Keuangan dan TI Bank Sumut, Arieta Aryanti, didampingi Pemimpin Unit Usaha Syariah Bank Sumut Zulfan Kurniawan, Pemimpin Cabang Bank Sumut Syariah Ringroad Meristika Valeri, Pengawas OJK Provinsi Sumut Faisal Tamara, serta Kepala Cabang Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Sulaiman.
Direktur Keuangan dan TI Bank Sumut, Arieta Aryanti, menyampaikan bahwa dukungan fasilitas digital ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Bank Sumut untuk memperluas akses pendidikan, khususnya di daerah yang membutuhkan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi.
“Kami berharap perangkat ini dapat menunjang proses belajar-mengajar berbasis teknologi dan membuka lebih banyak peluang pengembangan kompetensi bagi para siswa,” ujarnya.
Ia juga menyampaikan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya kepada para wakif dan seluruh pihak yang telah mempercayakan pengelolaan wakaf produktif kepada Bank Sumut. “Semoga manfaatnya terus mengalir dan memberikan keberkahan bagi masyarakat luas,” tambahnya
Program Cash Waqf Linked Deposit merupakan skema wakaf produktif yang mengintegrasikan wakaf uang dengan deposito syariah. Dana pokok wakaf dijamin keutuhannya, sementara hasil pengelolaannya disalurkan untuk kepentingan sosial.
Pengawas OJK Provinsi Sumut, Faisal Tamara, juga memberikan apresiasi atas langkah cepat dan responsif Bank Sumut Syariah dalam menjalankan program CWLD.
“Ini merupakan contoh konkret bagaimana perbankan syariah, khususnya Unit Usaha Syariah Bank Sumut, hadir menjalankan program yang berdampak langsung bagi masyarakat,” ungkapnya.
Direktur Sekolah Bintang Rabbani, Amal Lubis, turut menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas dukungan yang diberikan.
“Selama ini kami harus meminjam laptop untuk pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK). Bantuan ini sangat meringankan dan menjadi dukungan besar bagi sekolah,” ujarnya.
Bank Sumut berharap fasilitas yang diberikan dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal, terutama dalam memperkuat literasi digital serta mendorong proses belajar-mengajar yang lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.**
