Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Polda Sumatera Utara (Sumut) memulangkan sebanyak 13 orang pengunjung tempat hiburan malam (THM) HW Gold Dragon setelah diamankan karena terbukti mengonsumsi narkoba.
Kasubbid Penmas Polda Sumut, AKBP Siti Rohani, mengatakan terhadap 13 pengunjung THM Gold Dragon yang terbukti mengonsumsi narkoba menjalani rehabilitasi.
“Bukan dipulangkan tetapi mereka (pengunjung) THM yang diamankan positif mengonsumsi narkoba itu menjalani rehabilitasi di Direktorat (Dit) Narkoba Polda Sumut,” katanya saat dihubungi wartawan, Selasa (4/11).
Sebelumnya, Polda Sumut bersama TNI menggerebek tempat hiburan malam (THM) Gold Dragon dalam upaya memberantas peredaran tindak pidana narkoba di wilayah Kota Medan, Sabtu (1/11) dinihari.
Dengan melibatkan sebanyak 56 personel gabungan penggerebekan tempat hiburan malam itu berlokasi di Diskotik HW Gold Dragon, Jalan Putri Merak Jingga, Kesawan, Kecamatan Medan Barat.
Untuk hasil dari penggerebekan yang dilakukan personel gabungan itu sebanyak 13 orang pengunjung dinyatakan terbukti positif mengonsumsi narkoba dan langsung diamankan untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Direktur Narkoba Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Andy Arisandi, menjelaskan penggerebekan itu merupakan bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan Direktorat Resnarkoba dalam menekan peredaran gelap narkoba di wilayah Sumatera Utara, terutama yang bermula dari tempat hiburan malam.
“Kami terus melakukan tindakan nyata di lapangan. Tempat hiburan malam kerap menjadi lokasi rawan penyalahgunaan narkoba, sehingga Polda Sumut akan rutin melakukan razia dan penegakan hukum di titik-titik potensial,” jelasnya.
Ia menambahkan, dari hasil pemeriksaan awal, 13 pengunjung yang positif narkoba akan menjalani pemeriksaan lanjutan dan assessment oleh tim Biddokkes untuk menentukan langkah rehabilitasi atau proses hukum sesuai hasil asesmen.
“Kami tidak hanya fokus pada penindakan, tapi juga pada upaya rehabilitasi bagi pengguna. Pendekatan yang kami lakukan adalah tegas namun berimbang, demi menyelamatkan masyarakat dari bahaya narkoba,” pungkasnya.
TETAP BEROPERASI
Lain pimpinan lain kebijakan. Tatkala Kombes Jean Calvijn Simanjuntak menjabat Ditres Narkoba Poldasu, sedikitnya 8 Tempat Hiburan Malam (THM) telah ditutup karena saat penggerebekan ditemukan banyak pengunjung positif menggunakan narkoba.
Adapun THM yang ditutup antara lain, Scorfio, D’Red, Dragon di Medan, Marcopolo, Cafe Duku, Blue Sky di wilayah Kab Deli Serdang wilayah hukum Polrestabes Medan, Ferrari, Studio 21 di P.Siantar dan lainnya.
Namun kini lain ceritanya, dikepemimpinan Kombes Andy Arisandi sebagai Dirnarkoba Polda Sumut, tidak pernah terdengar komitmennya untuk menutup THM mengedarkan narkoba, yang notabene sebagai akar peredaran narkoba. Seolah Kombes Andy Arisandi memberikan ruang bagi pengelola THM untuk menggeliatkan hingar-bingar pengunjung menikmati suasana malam.
