Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Polda Sumatera Utara merilis hingga Kamis ,(27/11) telah terjadi bencana alam di 148 lokasi di 12 Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Utara. Sebanyak 43 meninggal dunia, 52 orang hilang masih dalam pencarian. Sementara luka berat dan harus mendapatkan perawatan media sebanyak 11 orang sedangkan luka ringan 77 orang.
Bencana alam meliputi banjir bandang, longsor, pohon tumbang hingga angin puting beliung. Sementara 1.168 warga tercatat mengungsi di berbagai lokasi.
Kabid Humas Poldasu Kombes Ferry Wakintukan mengatakan, dalam upaya penanganan, Polda Sumut mengerahkan 1.030 personel gabungan dari Satwil, Ditsamapta, Sat Brimob, Bid TIK, dan Biddokkes.
Kombes Pol Ferry Walintukan, menjelaskan bahwa tingginya curah hujan dalam beberapa hari terakhir menyebabkan kondisi tanah labil dan debit air sungai meningkat di banyak titik. “Cuaca ekstrem dengan curah hujan tinggi memicu bencana longsor dan banjir secara hampir bersamaan di berbagai wilayah. Situasi ini membuat seluruh jajaran harus bekerja cepat untuk melakukan evakuasi dan penyelamatan warga,” ujarnya.

Personel disebar ke seluruh titik bencana untuk melakukan:
– TPTKP dan pendataan lokasi bencana,
– Evakuasi warga terdampak,
– Pencarian korban hilang bersama BPBD dan tim SAR gabungan,
– Pengamanan dan pengaturan lalu lintas di jalur yang tertutup material longsor,
– Pendirian posko darurat dan penyaluran bantuan.
Selain kepolisian, penanganan dilakukan melalui sinergi dengan BPBD, TNI, Pemda, Basarnas, Dinas Sosial, relawan, serta unsur masyarakat.
“Polda Sumut tidak bekerja sendiri. Seluruh stakeholder, pemerintah daerah, TNI, BPBD dan lembaga terkait terus bergerak bersama masyarakat untuk mempercepat penanganan. Kolaborasi ini menjadi kunci percepatan penyelamatan,” ungkap Kombes Ferry.

Juri bicara Polda Sumut itu menjelaskan, bencana dengan dampak terbesar tercatat di wilayah Tapanuli Selatan, Tapanuli Tengah, Tapanuli Utara, Humbang Hasundutan, Sibolga, dan Mandailing Natal. Beberapa wilayah mengalami longsor hingga puluhan titik serta banjir yang merendam permukiman dengan ketinggian air mencapai satu meter.
Di Taput, Brimob Polda Sumut menurunkan tim khusus untuk membuka akses jalan yang tertutup material longsor serta mengevakuasi warga yang terisolasi. Sementara di Sibolga, tim SAR gabungan masih melakukan pencarian terhadap puluhan warga yang dilaporkan hilang akibat banjir bandang.
“Kami terus mempercepat pencarian warga yang belum ditemukan. Tim bergerak siang dan malam karena pada beberapa titik kondisi medan cukup berat akibat akses jalan terputus,” kata Kombes Ferry.
Polda Sumut juga telah menyiapkan pengiriman bantuan kemanusiaan bagi warga terdampak di wilayah Taput, Tapteng, dan Sibolga yang dijadwalkan diberangkatkan pada Kamis, 27 November 2025. Bantuan berupa makanan siap saji, selimut, logistik kebutuhan dasar, obat-obatan hingga perlengkapan evakuasi.
Selain itu, Polda Sumut bersama Pemda dan TNI telah membangun posko darurat, pos pengungsian sementara, serta posko layanan kesehatan untuk mempercepat pemulihan masyarakat.
Kabid Humas Polda Sumut menegaskan bahwa data yang dirilis merupakan update sementara, sebab beberapa wilayah masih belum dapat menyampaikan laporan lengkap karena kondisi hujan deras yang merata di banyak titik serta akses lapangan yang terhambat.
“Data ini bersifat sementara. Beberapa wilayah seperti Medan, Deli Serdang, dan sejumlah daerah lainnya belum dapat melaporkan kondisi secara menyeluruh karena hujan tidak berhenti dan beberapa akses masih terputus. Polda Sumut akan terus memperbarui data secara berkala,” jelasnya.
Mengantisipasi bencana susulan, Polda Sumut mengimbau masyarakat agar tetap waspada, terutama yang bermukim di daerah rawan longsor dan bantaran sungai.
“Kami meminta masyarakat untuk tetap meningkatkan kewaspadaan. Bila situasi mengancam keselamatan, segera mengungsi ke lokasi yang lebih aman atau menuju posko darurat terdekat,” tutup Kombes Ferry.***
