Aksi perampokan itu terjadi pada Selasa (4/4) sekira pukul 18.45 WIB, di Dusun Sidomulyo, Desa Tanjung Mulia, Kec. Kampung Rakyat Kab. Labuhanbatu Selatan. Kawanan perampok berjumlah 6 orang yang menggunakan senjata api itu masuk ke rumah korban dengan menodong senjata api, kemudian mengingkat kaki dan tangan korban, menutup mata dan mulut korban, serta menyiramkan bensin ke salah satu korban.
Kapolres Labuhanbatu Selatan AKBP Catur Sungkowo, S.H., M.H mengatakan, pengungkapan kasus ini atas Kerjasama Jahtanras Polda Sumut.
“Kawanan ini ditangkap pada Jumat 7 April 2023 sekira pukul 03.00 Wib,” kata AKBP Catur dipimpin Kasat Reskrim AKP Muhammad Reza S.I.K, Kamis (13/4).
Disebutkan Kapolres, awalnya pihaknya menangkap berinisial WO dirumahnya di Dusun Sepuluh Desa Bagan Bila, Kec. Panai Tengah Kab. Labuhanbatu, dan dari pengakuan WO mengakui telah melakukan pencurian dengan kekerasan dengan menggunakan senjata api bersama temannya SO, BA, serta berhasil diamanakan juga diduga otak pelaku JN.
“Pengakuan tersangka WO Kembali dikembangkan dan berhasil menangkap SDC dirumahnya, dari keterangan SDC 3 pucuk senjata api yang digunakan disimpan di rumah orangtuanya dan berhasil disita, sementara salah satu pelaku lain S, diduga telah melarikan diri ke Propinsi Riau,” ungkapnya.(jos).
