JAKARTA,INVOCAVIT.COM – Pengamat militer dan pertahanan Connie Rahakundini Bakrie dilaporkan ke Bareskrim Polri dengan dugaan pencemaran nama baik, fitnah dan berita bohong. Connie dilaporkan atas ucapannya dalam video di kanal YouTube ‘Kanal Anak Bangsa’.

 

Dalam laporan bernomor LP/B/52/II/2024/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI, pelapor dalam kasus ini adalah Ketua Tim Kampanye Nasional (TKN) Rosan Perkasa Roeslani.

 

Kepala Bagian Penerangan Umum Divisi Humas Polri Kombes Pol Erdi A Chaniago membenarkan perihal adanya laporan tersebut.

 

“Iya benar ada laporan tersebut ke Bareskrim Polri,” kata Erdi dalam keterangan tertulisnya di Jakarta, Selasa (13/2/2024).

 

Erdi menuturkan, dengan adanya laporan tersebut, penyidik Bareskrim Polri akan meneliti terlebih dahulu. Nantinya, pelapor dan terlapor akan dimintai keterangan.

 

“Proses laporan selanjutnya akan diteliti oleh penyidik dan setelahnya akan meminta klarifikasi dari pelapor dan terlapor,” ujar Erdi.

 

Dalam laporan ini, Connie diduga melakukan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik, fitnah dan berita bohong yang menyesatkan sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 45 ayat (4) Jo Pasal 27A UURI Nomor 1 tahun 2024 perubahan kedua atas UURI nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang ITE dan/atau Pasal 310 KUHP,
Pasal 311 KUHP dan/atau Pasal 14 dan Pasal 15 UURI Nomor 1 tahun 1946.***
