JAKARTA, INVOCAVIT.COM – Menteri Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan (Menimipas) Agus Andrianto melantik 33 Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Kementerian Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan (Kemenimipas), Kamis (28/11/2024). Dari jumlah tersebut 9 di antaranya merupakan pejabat di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan (Ditjenpas).

Dilansir dari laman Ditjenpas, mereka yang dilantik, yaitu Gun Gun Gunawan sebagai Sekretaris Ditjenpas, Kadek Anton Budiharta sebagai Direktur Sistem dan Strategi Penyelenggaraan Pemasyarakatan, Masjuno sebagai Direktur Pelayanan Tahanan dan Anak, Erwedi Supriyatno sebagai Direktur Pembinaan Narapidana dan Anak Binaan, Dr. dr. Adhayani Lubis sebagai Direktur Perawatan Kesehatan dan Rehabilitasi, Ceno Hersusetiokartiko sebagai Direktur Pembimbingan Kemasyarakatan.

Kemudian mantan Kabid Humas dan Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Sumut Kombes Pol Tatan Dirsan Atmaja diangkat sebagai Direktur Pengamanan dan Intelijen, Maulidi Hilal sebagai Direktur Teknologi Informasi dan Kerja Sama Pemasyarakatan, serta Lilik Sujandi sebagai Direktur Kepatuhan Internal.

Agus Andrianto mengatakan, pelantikan ini bukan sekedar seremonial, melainkan tonggak sejarah yang menandai dimulainya babak baru kepemimpinan di Kemenimipas. Hal ini juga, sambungnya, menandai perubahan penting dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik dan bentuk kontribusi mendukung terwujudnya Indonesia Emas 2045.

“Bapak Presiden selalu menyampaikan dalam berbagai kesempatan bahwa tujuan yang ingin diwujudkan adalah alinea keempat Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dalam bernegara melalui Asta Cita. Ini yang akan kita wujudkan bersama,” tuturnya.

Menurutnya, saat ini Pemasyarakatan masih menghadapi permasalahan yang cukup kompleks, baik di tingkat global, nasional, maupun regional. Beberapa diantaranya, yaitu permasalahan kelebihan penghuni (overcrowded) di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) dan Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan) serta kasus peredaran dan mencakup narkoba.

Untuk itu, jajaran pejabat yang baru dilantik diminta untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ini.

“Kami mengupayakan peningkatan kesejahteraan Warga Binaan melalui optimalisasi program pelatihan kemandirian yang produktif dan berdaya saing. Tekan jumlah residivis dan ubah stigma bahwa Lapas dan Rutan tempat yang aman untuk melakukan tindak pidana,” lanjutnya.

Karena itu Agus meminta capaian yang telah dicapai dipertahankan dan terus ditingkatkan, sementara yang masih kurang agar segera dievaluasi dan diperbaiki. Misalnya, capaian PNBP Pemasyarakatan tahun 2024 telah mencapai Rp11,1 miliar, jauh melampaui target yang sebesar Rp9,4 miliar. Namun menurutnya, target ini perlu ditingkatkan agar memberikan multiplier effect bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Terakhir, kepada para pejabat yang dilantik, Agus berpesan agar bekerja secara optimal, berani, dan tidak ragu-ragu sebagai bentuk gerak cepat untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.(red)
