MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM — Belasan massa dari Gerakan Masyarakat Peduli Transparansi Sumatera Utara (GEMPET-SU) mendesak Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara (Kejatisu) segera menangkap mantan Bupati Mandailing Natal (Madina) dan kroninya yang terlibat kasus dugaan korupsi desa digital smart village tahun 2023.
“Kami mau Kajati Sumut Idianto segera menangkap mantan Bupati Madina M. Jafar Sukhairi Nasution dan kroninya yang terlibat korupsi desa digital smart village. Ini kasus korupsi bersumber dari dana desa tahun 2023. Ada 377 desa yang jadi korban dalam kasus ini,” tegas Koordinator Aksi GEMPET-SU Ricky Pratama depan Kantor Kejatisu, Jalan AH. Nasution, Medan, Jumat 2 Mei 2025.
Dalam orasinya, Ricky Pratama membeberkan modus dan kerugian keuangan negara akibat proyek fiktif desa digital smart village di Kabupaten Madina.
“Perbuatan mereka ini sangat sadis kepada masyarakat desa yang menjadi korban. Setiap desa diminta uang Rp. 24,9 juta. Namun tidak ada jaringan internet yang dibangun di 377 desa. Ini nyata kerugian negarabya,” tegas Ricky.
Mantan Bupati M. Jafar Sukhairi Nasution dan kroninya, serta Kepala Dinas PMD Madina Irsal, lanjut Rucky, menggunakan PT Info Media Solusi Net membuat proyek fiktif tersebut.
Dari 377 desa yang menjadi korban proyek fiktif desa digital totalnya Rp. 9,4 miliar. Hanya serifikat yang diterima kepala desa.
“Jika mereka yang terlibat proyek fiktif ini tak juga ditangkap, kami menduga Kejatisu sudah menerima setoran dari para pelaku korupsi desa digital. Ini jelas sangat memalukan Jaksa Agung ST. Burhanuddin yang menangkapi koruptor di negeri ini,” seru Rucky.
Orasi GEMPET-SU yang berlangsung hampir satu jam tersebut akhirnya diterima perwakilan Kejatisu. Dan berjanji akan menindaklanjuti kasus korupsi desa digital di Kabupaten Madina.***
