MEDAN, INVOCAVIT. COM- Kapolrestabes Medan, Kombes Pol Gidion Arif Setyawan memimpin upacara pelantikan Wakapolrestabes dan Kasi Propam serta Serah Terima Jabatan (Sertijab) Kabag SDM dan 4 Kapolsek jajaran, di halaman apel Mapolrestabes Medan, Jalan HM Said No 1 Medan, Sabtu (3/5/2025).
Pada momen itu, Kapolrestabes Kombes Gidion Arif mengingatkan anggotanya untuk bekerja sama dengan semua pihak, baik dari internal, unsur pemerintah, lembaga masyarakat, maupun seluruh elemen masyarakat kota Medan.
“Komunikasi, koordinasi dan kolaborasi antara komponen masyarakat menjadi kunci utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, dan tertib di wilayah hukum Polrestabes Medan,” ujar Gidion.
Orang nomor satu di Polrestabes Medan ini memahami bahwa tantangan yang dihadapi tidaklah mudah, namun ia yakin dengan dukungan kerja sama dan doa dari semua pihak akan dapat mengatasi berbagai permasalahan dengan baik.
Gidion juga berharap kepada jajarannya, di mana pun bertugas untuk selalu memberikan inovasi dan terobosan pelindng, pengayom dan pelayan masyarakat yang mencintai dan dicintai masyarakat.
Dalam konteks ini, Gidion mengaku bahwa kegiatan serah terima jabatan merupakan suatu hal yang wajar dalam dinamika organisasi Polri yang dinamis dalam rangka penyegaran, pengembangan karier dan peningkatan kinerja untu mencapai tujuan organisasi sekaligus untuk menjaga kinerja yang optimal dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Menurutnya, tanggung jawab atas suatu jabatan adalah amanah sekaligus kepercayaan di mana di dalamnya mengandung konsekuensi yang tidak tingan, sehingga setiap jabatan dituntut untuk dapat menampilkan kinerja terbaik agar mampu membawa perubahan dalam organisasi yang dipimpin ke arah yang lebih baik.

Kemudian empat Kapolsek yang turut melakukan sertijab masing-masing Kapolsek Medan Timur dari Kompol Briston Agus Muntecarlo kepada Kompol Agus Manimbul Butar Butar. Lalu Kapolsek Patumbak dari Kompol Faidir Chan kepada Kompol Daulat Simamora.
Setelah itu, Kapolsek Medan Tuntungan dari Iptu Eko Sanjaya kepada Iptu Syawal Sitepu, dan Kapolsek Kutalimbaru dari AKP Banuara Manurung kepada AKP Idem Sitepu.
