TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVI.COM-Polres Tanjungbalai melalui Sat Reskrim menghadiri kegiatan sosialisasi hukum dari elemen APH dan Praktisi Hukum yang dibuka oleh Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungbalai, Rabu (15/10)

Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungbalai dan dibuka oleh ketua Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungbalai Erita Harefa, S.H.

Turut Hadir Para pejabat dan keluarga besar Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungbalai, Perwakilan Polres Tanjung Balai dan Polres Asahan, Perwakilan Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjungbalai dan Asahan, Perwakilan Lapas Pulo Simardan Tanjungbalai dan lapas Labuhan ruku Batubara serta Para Advokat Tanjung Balai dan Asahan.

AdapunMateri yang disosialisasikan antara lain Implementasi SK KMA 2-144/KMA/SK/VIII/2022 ttg Standar Pelayanan Informasi Publik di Pengadilan selanjutnya Penerapan Restorative Justice sesuai dengan PERMA No 1 tahun 2024 ttg Pedoman Mengadili Perkara Pidana Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif.

Kemudian Pelaksanaan PERMA No 6 tahun 2022 ttg Administrasi Pengajuan Upaya Hukum dan Persidangan Kasasi dan Peninjauan Kembali di Mahkamah Agung secara Elektronik dan Persidangan elektronik Pidana sesuai PERMA No 8 tahun 2022 dan SK KMA 365/SK/KMA/XII/2022 ttg Petunjuk Teknis Administrasi dan Persidangan Perkara Pidana di Pengadilan secara elektronik.(anja).
