Kapolda Sumut Irjen Pol Drs. RZ. Panca Putra, Msi meninjau langsung simulasi penggunaan Tol Tebing Tinggi – Indrapura yang akan difungsionalkan dalam Operasi Lilin Toba 2022, Selasa (20/12).
Dalam arahannya, Irjen Panca mengatakan jalur pintu keluar dari Tol Tebingtinggi dibuat jalur pengurai yakni keluar dari pintu Tol Sei Rampah. Kemudian tempatkan personel diseluruh titik-titik rawan terjadinya kemacetan.
“Personel harus mengarahkan seluruh kendaraan kemana arah jalur keluar masuk. Buatkan tempat petunjuk arah agar pengemudi mengetahui kemana arah menuju ke Siantar dan Indrapura,” katanya didampingi Kepala BIN Sumut, Asops Kodam I BB, Kapolres Tebingtinggi, Batubara, Sergai, PJU Polda Sumut dan Kadis Bina Marga Sumut.
Panca mengungkapkan, Polda Sumut bersama Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda) telah melaksanakan rapat koordinasi lintas sektoral dalam pengamanan selama Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru) 2023.
Dalam rapat koordinasi yang digelar Polda Sumut memfokuskan pengamanan jalur arus mudik serta menempatkan personel di gereja untuk mengantisipasi gangguan kamtibmas dan melaksanakan Ops Lilin Toba 2022.
“Sumatera Utara menjadi provinsi prioritas. Khususnya fokus pengamanan jalur mudik masyarakat mulai dari Labuhanbatu Selatan hingga perbatasan dengan Riau. Kemudian jalur lintas menuju objek wisata mulai dari Tebingtinggi. Pematangsiantar, Parapat, Toba. Samosir, Tapanuli Utara dan Medan, Karo, menjadi prioritas pengamanan,” ungkapnya.
Panca menerangkan, untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan volume kendaraan pada saat Nataru Polda Sumut memanfaatkan jalur Tol Tebingtinggi-Indrapura dan Tebing Tinggi-Siantar yang menjelang Nataru sudah bisa dilalui kendaraan untuk mengatasi terjadinya kemacetan arus lalu lintas.
“Secara umum kedua jalan tol itu sudah bisa dilewati namun tetap perlu dievaluasi dan memperbaiki hal-hal yang perlu kita persiapkan untuk kenyamanan pengendara,” terangnya sembari menambahkan ada dua jalur yaitu Tol Sinaksak-Dolok Morawan juga dapat digunakan sebagai akses untuk antisipasi kemacetan jika terjadi lonjakan arus lalu lintas jelang Nataru.
“Saya minta kepada Kapolres Tebingtinggi, Batubara, Sergai untuk berkoordinasi dengan stakeholder tentang rambu lalu lintas, untuk memberikan penjelasan kepada masyarakat sesuai tujuannya,” harap Kapolda.
