MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM: Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara (Polda Sumut) melaksanakan kegiatan razia di sejumlah tempat hiburan malam (THM) di wilayah Kota Medan sebagai upaya preventif dalam menjaga situasi keamanan, ketertiban, serta menekan peredaran narkotika di lingkungan masyarakat.
Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan berdasarkan Sprint Nomor: 3947/XI/Pam.3.3/2025 tanggal 3 November 2025 dan menyasar salah satu lokasi hiburan malam, yakni THM Helen di Jalan A. Rifai, Kelurahan Madras Hulu, Kecamatan Medan Polonia, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
Dalam operasi di THM Helen dilakukan pemeriksaan urine terhadap 37 pengunjung namun satu orng diantaranya positif narkoba. Adapun pengunjung yang positif narkoba itu disebut-sebut Wakil Ketua DPRK (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupaten) Simeulueh, Aceh bernama Andre Setiawan (36) warga Desa Suka Maju, Kecamatan Simeulue Timur, Kabupaten Simeulue, Aceh.
Razia di THM Helen dilakukan pada Selasa dinihari (4/11). seorang pengunjung yang positif urine dibawa ke Mako Ditres Narkoba Poldasu dengan alasan untuk dilakukan rehabilitasi.
Namun informasi diperoleh, Andre Setiawan yang positif urine sudah muncul di Kab Simeulueh Aceh untuk memberikan bantuan TMMD ke 126 kepada masyarakat di Lapangan Blang Sebel, Desa Anao, Kec Teupah Selatan, Kab Simeulue, Propinsi Aceh pada Kamis (6/11).
Dari informasi yang diperoleh, Wakil Ketua DPRK Simeulueh Andresetiawan tidak dilakukan rehabilitasi alias dibebaskan setelah memberikan ratusan juta rupiah kepada oknum di Ditres Narkoba Poldasu.
Dirres Narkoba Poldasu Kombes Andy Arisandi yang dikonfirmasi melalui aplikasi WhatsAap (WA) ke no 0821 7786 2xxx soal pembebasan Wakil Ketua DPRK Simeulueh Andresetiawan karena adanya pemberian uang ratusan juta rupiah, tidak memberi jawaban.
Demikian juga ketika ditelpon langsung untuk konfirmasi tidak mau mengangkat handphone.
Sebelumnya, Dirnarkoba Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol. Andy Arisandi, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan razia tersebut merupakan bentuk komitmen Polda Sumut dalam mendukung upaya pemberantasan narkoba, sekaligus menjaga agar tempat hiburan malam tidak menjadi sarang penyalahgunaan narkotika maupun tindak pidana lainnya.
“Razia ini merupakan bagian dari langkah preventif dan deteksi dini terhadap potensi peredaran narkotika di tempat-tempat hiburan malam. Kami akan terus melakukan kegiatan serupa secara rutin dan terukur,” ujar Kombes Pol Andy Arisandi.
Beliau juga menegaskan bahwa hasil temuan terhadap pengunjung yang positif narkoba akan ditindaklanjuti sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku, termasuk pemeriksaan lanjutan oleh penyidik terkait kemungkinan keterlibatan dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika.
“Kami tidak akan mentolerir siapapun yang terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba, baik pengunjung maupun pihak pengelola tempat hiburan. Polda Sumut berkomitmen menciptakan lingkungan hiburan yang sehat dan aman,” tegasnya.
Dengan langkah ini, Polda Sumut berharap masyarakat turut berperan aktif dalam mendukung program pemerintah dan Polri dalam memerangi narkoba, serta menjaga suasana kamtibmas yang kondusif di wilayah Sumatera Utara.(jos)
