TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVIT.COM-Bea Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Teluk Nibung kembali melakukan pemusnahan barang yang Menjadi Milik Negara (BMMN) senilai Rp. 1.404.734.340, dengan potensi kerugian negara sebesar Rp. 262.446.872.
Pemusnahan BMMN dilakukan di Gudang KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Jalan Panton Desa Bagan Asahan, Kamis (7/11) pukul 09:18 wib.
Nurhasan Ashari Kepala Kantor BC Teluk Nibung dalam siaran persnya menyampaikan bahwa barang yang dimusnahkan atas pelanggaran kepabeanan sebesar Rp. 1.404.734.340 dengan potensi kerugian negara diperkirakan sebesar Rp. 262.446.872.
Lanjut Nurhasan, adapun barang yang dimusnahkan berupa tembakau rokok sebanyak 86.308 batang, Ballpress sepatu 60 Bale, Produk Olahan Makanan dan Olahan Minuman sebanyak 555 kotak, Gitar Akustik, Sepeda dan Produk lainnya.
“Barang barang yang dimusnahkan tersebut melanggar impor yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan (Permendag) nomor 51/M-DAG/PER/7/2015 tentang larangan impor pakaian bekas dan Permendag nomor 40 Tahun 2022 tentang barang dilarang ekspor dan barang yang dilarang impor,” jelasnya.
Kepala BC menjelasakan, barang bukti yang dimusnahkan itu merupakan hasil penindakan dibidang kepabeanan dan cukai selama satu tahun yakni priode Oktober 2022 s/d Oktober 2023 dalam kurun waktu tersebut BC Teluk Nbung telah melakukan penindakan sabanyak sembilan kali atas pelanggaran dibidang kepabeanan meliputi Kabupaten Asahan, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Selatan, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dan Kota Tanjungbalai.
