Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Mengimplementasikan tugas konstitusionalnya sebagai anggota DPR RI Komisi XIII, Kombes Pol (Purn) Dr Maruli Siahaan SH.MH melakukan kunjungan ke daerah pemilihan (Kundapil) Sumut 1, dengan menghadiri Festival Koor Ama HKBP Distrik X Medan-Aceh Tahun 2025 di HKBP Bethesda Jl. Sei Asahan Medan Baru, Kota Medan, Jumat (26/9).
Dalam kesempatan ini, legislator Partai Golkar, Maruli Siahaan mengharapkan, kiranya festival ini dapat memberikan sukacita, keakraban, serta meningkatkan semangat pelayanan dan kerohanian Kaum Ama (Bapak) di tengah-tengah gereja dan keluarga.
Dia mengatakan, kiranya festival ini bukan sekadar ajang kompetisi, melainkan sebuah perwujudan iman, kerinduan untuk memuliakan Tuhan melalui pujian, dan sarana untuk mempererat persekutuan di antara Kaum Ama (Bapak) dalam Gereja HKBP.

Penasehat HKBP Distrik X Medan-Aceh itu juga menyampaikan apresiasi yang luar biasa atas terlaksananya rangkaian kegiatan Festival Koor Ama ini.
Festival ini terdiri dari 2 babak penyisihan diantaranya yakni, Babak Penyisihan Sesi 1 yang dilaksanakan pada Jumat, 26 September 2025) dan babak Penyisihan Sesi 2 pada Sabtu, 27 September 2025).
Sementara Grand Final akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Oktober 2025 di Aula Raja Inal Siregar Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara.
Festival koor kaum Ama dengan ketua panitia St. Mangasi Tua Panjaitan
dihadiri 51 kontingen se Distrik X Medan-Aceh.
