RUPSLB membahas pengunduran diri Heru Budi Hartono sebagai Komisaris BTN.( Ist)
INVOCAVIT.COM, JAKARTA- Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) menyetujui pengunduran diri Heru Budi Hartono sebagai Komisaris perseroan.
Pengunduran diri Heru dilakukan sehubungan yang bersangkutan telah diangkat menjadi Penjabat Gubernur DKI Jakarta.
“Pemegang saham dalam RUPSLB telah menyetujui pengunduran diri Bapak Heru Budi Hartono sebagai Komisaris. Kami Dewan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi atas dedikasi yang diberikan Bapak Heru Budi Hartono selama menjabat sebagai Komisaris Bank BTN,” ujar Direktur Utama Bank BTN Haru Koesmahargyo dalam konferensi pers usai RUPSLB Bank BTN di Jakarta, Rabu (11/1).
Haru menjelaskan, dalam RUPSLB Bank BTN tersebut, pemegang saham juga menyetujui pengangkatan M Yusuf Permana sebagai Komisaris Bank BTN menggantikan Heru Budi Hartono. Selain itu, RUPSLB juga menyetujui pengangkatan kembali Andi Nirwoto sebagai Direktur IT & Digital Bank BTN.
Dengan adanya komposisi Komisaris yang baru ini, Bank BTN semakin optimistis dalam mencapai target menjadi The Best Mortgage Bank di Asia Tenggara pada tahun 2025.
