Keluarga almarhum Hendi Munthe memperlihatkan bukti laporan di Poldasu, Selasa (3/6).(ist)
MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM —Keluarga alm Hendi Munthe, yang diduga menjadi korban pembunuhan di Tapanuli Selatan, akhirnya mendatangi Polda Sumut, Selasa (3/6/2025). Tujuan kedatangan mereka adalah membuat laporan ke Bid Propam Polda Sumut yang mana penanganan kasus dugaan pembunuhan menurut mereka, kurang maksimal di Polres Tapsel.
Mereka juga mendatangi Bagian Wassidik Dit Reskrimum Polda Sumut. Selanjutnya, mereka pun diarahkan untuk membuat laporan ke SPKT Polda Sumut, dengan Surat Tanda Penerimaan Laporan Nomor: STTLP/B/856/VI/2025/SPKT / POLDA SUMATERA UTARA, berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Nomor: LP/B/856/VI/2025/SPKT/POLDA SUMATERA UTARA tanggal 03 Juni 2025 pukul 17.23 WIB.
Keluarga almarhum Hendi Munthe mengatakan bahwa Anggiat Munthe (37) warga Panabari Hutatonga Tano Tombangan Angkola, Tapsel, selaku saudara kandung korban, telah melaporkan dugaan tindak pidana kelalaian mengakibatkan orang mati sesuai UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1946 tentang KUHP sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 359, yang terjadi di Jalan Lintas Tano Tombangan Angkola Panabari Huta Tonga Tano Tombangan Angkola Tapsel, Sumut, pada Hari Selasa tanggal 29 April 2025 pukul 16.00 WIB.
Namun, menurut mereka penanganan laporan di Polres Tapsel kurang maksimal.
Dalam LP diuraikan, pada Hari Selasa tanggal 29 April 2025 pukul 19.42 WIB, pelapor mendapat informasi dari rekan kerja korban, bahwa Hendi Munthe telah meninggal dunia di RSUD Kota Padangsidimpuan.
Atas informasi tersebut keluarga menanyakan sebab akibat korban meninggal dunia. Dari informasi rekan kerja korban, bahwa sebab kematian karena tertimpa ranting pohon saat proses penebangan pohon di kawasan Hutan Desa Panaban Huta Tonga Kecamatan Tano Tombnagan Angkola Kabupaten Tapsel, pada Hari Selasa tanggal 29 April 2025 sekira pukul 16.00 WIB.
Setelah jenazah tiba di rumah duka, pelapor bersama pihak keluarga melakukan pemeriksaan atas kondisi jenazah. Di mana dari penglihatan kasat mata, menurut pelapor, mereka melihat jenazah mengalami luka memar pada bagian dada, pinggang, tangan, dan luka lebam di punggung.
Atas kejadian tersebut, pelapor selaku keluarga kandung korban merasa keberatan dan tidak senang. Lalu melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke SPKT Polda Sumut agar diproses sesuai hukum yang berlaku di NKRI.
Tolak Laporan
Berita sebelumnya, Hendi Munthe warga Panabari Kecamatan Tano Tombangan Tapsel diduga dibunuh di lokasi aktifitas ‘illegal logging’. Dugaan itu muncul setelah keluarga korban melihat ada beberapa kejanggalan atas kematian Hendi.
Korban merupakan pekerja penebangan liar (illegal logging dengan alat berat di kawasan hutan lindung.
Keluarga pun merasa ada kejanggalan, karena luka-luka di sekujur tubuh korban, sepertinya tidak ada bekas kecelakaan kerja yang berhubungan dengan aktifitas penebangan pohon. Yang ada hanya luka mirip bekas tusukan benda keras seperti benda tajam atau sejenisnya, di dada. Bukan bekas tertimpa kayu ataupun lainnya yang berhubungan dengan aktifitas penebangan pohon.
Kejanggalan lain, menurut keluarga Hendi, bahwa jarak lokasi kejadian ke rumah korban sekira 1 kilometer. Sedangkan jarak lokasi ke rumah sakit 50 kilometer. Namun kematian tidak diberi tahu kepada keluarga, malah langsung ke rumah sakit dan hasil visum tidak jelas.
Pihak keluarga juga menduga, bahwa korban sudah meninggal pada sekitar siang hari antara pukul 13.00 – 15.00 WIB.
Tim Investigasi HBB yang mendatangi TKP melihat lokasi telah kosong. Sebelumnya ada 4 ekskavator dan beberapa truk pengangkut kayu di sana. Namun pasca-kejadian, secara cepat dan terkesan tiba-tiba, alat berat langsung di lokasi kejadian sudah tidak ada lagi. Kuat dugaan, ada upaya menghindar dari pantauan aparat karena aktifitas ‘illegal logging’nya.
Selain alat berat, beberapa pekerja penebangan liar itu pun tiba-tiba menghilang. Semuanya seperti menghindari media dan Tim Investigasi HBB dengan LBH-nya.
Pihak keluarga juga sudah mencoba melaporkan ke Polsek Pintu Padang. “Namun laporan kami ditolak dengan alasan sudah akan diurus. Namun tidak jelas apa yang diurus. Padahal ini adalah dugaan pembunuhan. Yang seharusnya polsek harusnya menerima laporan kami dahulu,” kata salah seorang keluarga korban.(jos).
