Apli mengungkapkan, transformasi Polri yang presisi dalam pencapaian organisasi yang unggul (Excellenct) terutama dihadapkan dalam lingkungan VUCA yang menjadikannya sebagai sparing partner sehingga Polri menjadi organisasi yang sangat suvive dalam menghadapi VUCA.
“Hal ini terfaktakan dari peran dan upaya pimpinan Polri pada awal ketika organisasi dalam proses belajar menghadapi VUCA, ketika organisasi sudah mampu bagaimana belajar, peran pemimpin dapat coolling down,” ungkapnya.
“Karena organisasi yang belajar akan menghasilkan anggota organisasi yang belajar dan bermental model pemimpin yang belajar sehingga mampu secara terus menerus meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi dalam menghadapi lingkungan yang VUCA,” ujar Alpi.
Diketahui, Widyaiswara Utama Sespim Lemdiklat Polri, Irjen Pol Prof Dr Dadang Hartanto SH Sik MSi telah dikukuhkan sebagai Guru Besar Bidang Ilmu Administrasi Publik Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU).
