Jakarta, INVOCAVIT.COM – Anggota Komisi XIII DPR RI Kombes Pol (Purn) Dr Maruli Siahaan SH MH menilai
pidato Presiden Prabowo Subianto dalam Sidang Tahunan MPR, Jumat (15/8/2025), yang memaparkan Nota Keuangan RAPBN 2026, memastikan arah pembangunan benar-benar berpihak pada rakyat.
Menurut Maruli Siahaan pidato Presiden Prabowo yang menyebut adanya potensi penghematan Rp300 triliun dari kebocoran APBN merupakan langkah maju dan harus dipergunakan untuk pembangunan yang merata diseluruh daerah, sekaligus peluang untuk memastikan bahwa setiap rupiah benar-benar sampai ke rakyat.
“Optimisme Presiden harus kita kawal bersama. Tugas kami di DPR adalah memastikan kebijakan pembangunan dan pengelolaan anggaran berdampak nyata bagi rakyat khususnya di Medan, Deli Serdang, Tebingtinggi, dan Serdang Bedagai,” ujarnya.
Bagi Maruli, RAPBN 2026 akan bermakna jika mampu menjawab kebutuhan sederhana rakyat: Pangan yang terjangkau, pendidikan yang berkualitas, energi yang stabil, dan kesehatan yang mudah diakses.
Selain itu, Maruli Siahaan mengingatkan pentingnya pengawasan terhadap anggaran.
Menurut legislator dari Dapil Sumut 1 ini, pidato kenegaraan bukanlah sekadar agenda tahunan, melainkan wujud tanggung jawab negara menghadirkan kesejahteraan secara merata, termasuk bagi masyarakat di Sumatera Utara.
Maruli Siahaan menegaskan bahwa daerah pemilihannya (Medan, Deli Serdang, Tebingtinggi, dan Serdang Bedagai), adalah kawasan strategis yang memerlukan perhatian serius. Sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumut, wilayah ini masih menghadapi masalah klasik: harga pangan yang fluktuatif, distribusi pupuk yang tersendat, listrik yang belum sepenuhnya stabil, hingga akses pendidikan dan kesehatan yang belum merata.
“RAPBN harus hadir menjawab langsung persoalan sehari-hari rakyat. Jangan sampai besar di angka, tapi kecil di rasa,” tegas politisi Partai Golkar ini kepada media, Jumat (15/8/2025).
Dr Maruli Siahaan menilai, sektor pertanian dan pangan di Deli Serdang serta Serdang Bedagai membutuhkan dukungan infrastruktur dan subsidi yang tepat sasaran. Sementara itu, Kota Medan sebagai pusat pendidikan dan ekonomi harus mendapatkan prioritas peningkatan kualitas sekolah, kampus vokasi, serta program UMKM yang sejalan dengan hilirisasi ekonomi.
