MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo kembali melakukan mutasi ratusan  perwira menengah (Pamen) hingga Perwira Tinggi (Pati). Dalam Surat Telegram (STR) Kapolri Nomor :ST/1236/VI/Kep/2024 tanggal 25 Juni 2024 terdapat nama Kapolda Sumut Irjen Agung Setya Imam Effendi yang dimutasi ke Bareskrim (Dalam rangka penugasan diluar struktur Polri).

 

Jabatan Kapolda Sumut diserahkan kepada Brigjen Pol Whisnu Hermawan Februanto S.IK.MH yang kini menjabat Dirtipideksus (Direktur Tindak Pidana Ekonomi Khusus) Bareskrim Polri.

 

Diketahui, Irjen Agung Setya Imam Effendi dilantik menjadi Kapolda Sumut di Gedung Rupatama Mabes Polri, Jumat (14/7/2023). Sehingga belum genap setahun sudah dimutasi ke Pati Bareskrim Polri.

 

Mutasi Kapolda Sumut itu dibenarkan Asisten Kapolri Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Irjen Pol. Prof Dr Dedi Prasetyo.

 

Lantas Siapakah Brigjen Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, S.IK.MH

 

Brigjen Whisnu Hermawan Februanto adalah seorang pria, Lahir di Bandung Jawa Barat pada 16 Februari 1972. Ia lulus dari Akpol pada tahun 1994.

 

Sebelum menduduki jabatan Dirtipideksus, Whisnu pernah menduduki beberapa posisi, salah satunya adalah Kasubdit Cybercrime Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya.

 

Kemudian, pada tahun 2011, Whisnu dipromosikan menjadi Kapolres Tulunggagung, Polda Jawa Timur.

Kemudian, pada tahun 2014, Whisnu diangkat menjadi Wadirresnarkoba Polda Jabar.

 

Empat tahun kemudian (2018), Whisnu dipercaya sebagai Wakil Kepala Bidang Uang Palsu Bareskrim Polri dan pada tahun 2019 diangkat menjadi Analis Kebijakan Madya Bidang Tindak Pidana Ekonomi dan Khusus Bareskrim Polri.

 

Karier Whisnu di kepolisian semakin melejit. Pada tahun 2020, Wisnu diangkat menjadi Wakil Komisaris Besar Poli Detifferenti Bareskrim, dan pada tahun yang sama, Wisnu diangkat menjadi Wadirtipideksus Bareskrim Polri.

 

Jabatan terakhirnya adalah sebagai Dirtipideksus Bareskrim Polri, jabatan yang diembannya sejak tahun 2021. Kemudian, pada Juni 2024, Whisnu berpindah tugas menjadi Kapolda Sumatera Utara.

Pada tahun 2022 Wisnu sempat membongkar kasus crazy rich Indra Kenz yang menjadi tersangka penipuan dan TPPU kasus aplikasi Binomo.

 

Whisnu, lulusan Akpol 1994 ini berpengalaman dalam bidang reserse.
