Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Kapolda Sumatera Utara Irjen Whisnu Hermawan Februanto menjenguk Elida Delviana Tamin (26) korban kecelakaan lalu lintas oleh 3 personel Polisi di RS Columbia Asia.
Ia datang didampingi istrinya dan para pejabat utama.
Begitu tiba, ia langsung naik ke lantai 2 ke ruang ICU menjenguk Elida yang sudah 5 hari tidak sadarkan diri.
Selesai menjenguk dan keluar dari lift, mata Kapolda Sumut tampak merah berkaca-kaca menahan tangis.
Ketika diwawancarai, ia juga terlihat nampak menahan air matanya yang hampir menetes.
Sesekali ia terbata-bata karena membendung kesedihan.
Irjen Whisnu mengungkapkan dirinya, istri prihatin melihat kondisi Elida.
Ia berharap korban segera sadarkan diri dan pulih.
“Hari ini saya mengunjungi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. Saya prihatin.
Mudah-mudahan sehat. Saya prihatin sekali,”kata Kapolda Sumut Irjen Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, Jumat (31/10/2025).
Mengenai 3 personel berpangkat Bripda, Whisnu memastikan ketiganya sudah ditahan.
Personel yang menabrak Elida hingga kritis akan diproses kode etik, maupun pidana.
“Dan saya sudah tegas, anggota kami sudah ditahan. Kena tindak pidana, dan etik.” sebutnya.
Sebelumnya, personel Polda Sumut berpangkat Brigadir Dua (Bripda) menabrak seorang wanita berinisial EDT (26) hingga terkapar, Minggu (26/10/2025) dinihari kemarin.
Kejadian itu diduga usai personel Polisi tersebut keluar dari tempat hiburan malam, dan dalam keadaan mabuk.
Kabid Humas Polda Sumut Kombes Ferry Walintukan mengungkap kronologis peristiwa tersebut.
Awalnya, mobil yang dikendarai personel melaju dari arah Jalan Putri Merak Jingga menuju ke Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan.
Tepat di depan Hollywings Golden Tiger korban inisial EDT (26) melintas berjalan kaki hingga akhirnya tertabrak.
Setelah menabrak EDT, mobil jenis Honda Brio itu juga menabrak trotoar jalan.
“Setibanya di depan HW Tiger Club pejalan kaki terserempet body sebelah kanan mobil. Dimana setelahnya mobil tersebut menabrak trotoar,”kata Kombes Ferry Walintukan, Rabu (29/10/2025).***
