INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN- Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) terus mendorong penguatan integritas dan budaya antikorupsi di Industri Jasa Keuangan salah satunya dengan mendorong peran perempuan untuk menumbuhkan karakter dan
moral kejujuran dalam lingkungan keluarga.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Ketua Dewan Komisioner OJK Mahendra Siregar dalam sambutannya pada webinar Woman of Integrity (WIN) Talk dengan tema “Perempuan Menginspirasi Tegakkan Anti Korupsi” yang diselenggarakan secara daring, Jumat pagi ini.
Mahendra menyampaikan bahwa untuk menumbuhkan budaya integritas dan antikorupsi, diperlukan dukungan dari semua pihak termasuk keluarga sebagai lingkungan terkecil.
Di sinilah peran penting perempuan dalam keluarga menumbuhkan karakter kejujuran dan bermoral.
“Perempuan memegang peranan penting atau sebagai tiang negara dalam membantu mencegah korupsi dari lingkungan terkecil yaitu keluarga hingga negara,” kata Mahendra.
Webinar tersebut diselenggarakan OJK dalam rangka memperingati Hari Anti Korupsi Sedunia dengan menghadirkan pembicara Menteri Luar Negeri Retno Marsudi dan Ketua Dewan Audit OJK Sophia Wattimena.
Menteri Luar Negeri Retno Marsudi, mengatakan dalam paparannya bahwa perempuan selalu memiliki peran sentral dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai masyarakat.
Nilai kejujuran dalam menumbuhkan rasa anti korupsi dapat dikembangkan sebagai nilai budaya yang diterapkan di kehidupan sehari-hari.
“Perempuan adalah guru pertama dan guru seumur hidup bagi anak-anaknya. Peran itu penting untuk menanam nilai-nilai strategis manusia. Budayakan kejujuran dan berilah contoh yang baik kepada generasi penerus. Perempuan nantinya dapat menjadi penggerak integritas di zonanya masing-masing,” kata Retno.
Ketua Dewan Audit OJK, Sophia Wattimena dalam paparannya menyampaikan bahwa tindak pidana korupsi merupakan extra ordinary crime, sehingga pemberantasannya membutuhkan cara-cara yang luar biasa tidak hanya individu pegawai namun juga perlunya dukungan dari keluarga.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama pula Sophia menyampaikan tentang faktor yang dapat mendorong seseorang melakukan tindakan fraud yang dikenal dengan Fraud Triangle yaitu:
1.Rationalization/Rasionalisasi yang biasanya menjadi alasan pembenar
seseorang untuk melakukan,
2.Pressure/Tekanan, bisa dari tuntutan keluarga, permasalahan keuangan atau untuk memenuhi gaya hidup mewah,
3. Opportunity/Peluang, Kondisi atau situasi tertentu yang dapat membuka
peluang melakukan Fraud karena pengendalian internal yang lemah atau kurangnya pengawasan.
Peran penting keluarga sebagai filter perbuatan korupsi sangat diperlukan. Keluarga yang memegang teguh nilai kehidupan yang sederhana maka risiko untuk melakukan tindak pidana korupsi akan semakin kecil.
“Integritas merupakan nilai utama OJK yang wajib dimiliki insan OJK. Semakin tinggi nilai integritas yang dimiliki, maka semakin rendah risiko terjadinya korupsi,” kata Sophia.
Sophia juga menyampaikan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan integritas di OJK dan Industri Jasa Keuangan (IJK), antara lain melalui program assessment antifraud, implementasi whistle blowing system (WBS), dan penyampaian Laporan Harta
Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara (LHKPN).
Selain itu, bekerja sama dengan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, OJK sedang mengkaji penerapan Sistem Manajemen Anti Suap (SMAP) secara mandatory di seluruh Industri Jasa Keuangan.(jos).
