INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Komisi III DPRD Medan meminta PT Pertamina Persero kantor Cabang Kota Medan untuk mengontrol pendistribusian LPG 3 kg di setiap pangkalan hingga tingkat pengecer di Kota Medan, untuk menghindari terjadinya kembali kasus kelangkaan LPG 3 kg yang terjadi belakangan ini.
Hal itu ditegaskan Ketua Komisi III DPRD Medan, Afif Abdillah, saat memimpin Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) Komisi III dengan PT Pertamina Persero Cabang Kota Medan, PGN Cabang Kota Medan dan Himpunan Wiraswasta Nasional Minyak dan Gas (Hiswana Migas) Kota Medan di gedung DPRD Medan, Senin (31/7/2023) siang.
“Kita harus punya kontrol hingga ke pangkalan dan pengecer, ini harus kita antisipasi,” ucap Afif dalam rapat yang turut dihadiri Sekretaris Komisi Hendri Duin dan para Anggota Komisi III, Dhiyaul Hayati.
Tak hanya mengontrol para pedagang mulai dari tingkat pangkalan hingga pengecer, Komisi III juga meminta Pertamina dan Pemko Medan untuk mengawasi setiap usaha non UMKM seperti hotel hingga restoran di Kota Medan.
“Kelilinglah ke hotel-hotel, restoran-restoran, cafe-cafe dan usaha non UMKM di Kota Medan. Dibantara mereka ada yang masih memakai LPG 3 kg, padahal LPG 3 kg ini subsidi pemerintah untuk warga tidak mampu dan pelaku UMKM. Harus ada pengawasan dan tindakan tegas terkait hal ini,” tegasnya.
Dalam kesimpulan rapat tersebut, Komisi III juga meminta aparat hukum untuk menindak tegas para oknum yang melakukan praktik curang terkait LPG 3 kg, mulai dari melakukan penimbunan, pengoplosan hingga penjualan di atas HET yang ditetapkan pemerintah.
“Lalu kami juga meminta Pertamina untuk mendata ulang setiap pangkalan dan pengecer LPG 3 kg di Kota Medan. Selanjutnya, harus ada pendataan masyarakat yang membeli dan mempergunakan LPG 3 kg,” ujarnya.
Saat itu, Afif juga mempertanyakan total kuota LPG 3 kg yang didistribusikan Pertamina untuk Kota Medan setiap bulannya. Ia meminta agar kuota tersebut dapat terus ditambah bila kebutuhan warga Kota Medan terhadap LPG 3 kg memang meningkat setiap tahunnya.
“Tadi saya bersama Anggota Komisi VI DPR RI baru saja selesai sidak ke pangkalan-pangkalan gas di Kota Medan. Saat ini kondisinya memang mulai teratasi, tapi harus menjadi perhatian ke depannya. Jangan lagi ada kelangkaan LPG 3 kg di lapangan,” katanya.
Senada dengan Afif, Sekretaris Komisi III Hendri Duin, juga meminta Pertamina untuk mengawasi pendistribusian LPG 3 kg di Kota Medan. Bahkan ia berharap agar ke depannya ada regulasi yang mengatur tentang penggunaan LPG 3 kg tersebut.
“Siapa saja yang berhak memakai LPG 3 kg ini, itu harus jelas regulasinya. Harus ada sanksi tegas, baik kepada pedagang maupun pemakai yang melanggar aturan, jangan hanya sanksi-sanksi teguran,” kata Duin.
Sementara itu, Manager PT Pertamina Persero Cabang Medan, Sigit, mengatakan bahwa saat ini stok LPG 3kg di Kota Medan terbilang sangat cukup. Ia pun mengaku terus berkomunikasi dengan Pertamina Pusat agar penyaluran LPG 3 kg tetap dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat.
Sigit mengakui jika tren kebutuhan LPG 3kg di Kota Medan memang mengalami sedikit kenaikan, yakni sekitar 2 persen. Namun stok yang ada saat ini masih cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang diditribusikan melalui 50 agen resmi LPG dengan total lebih dari seribu pangkalan gas yang tersebar di seluruh kelurahan di Kota Medan.
“Intinya tidak ada pengurangan kuota LPG 3kg untuk Kota Medan. Kelangkaan yang sempat terjadi murni diakibatkan oleh kenaikan permintaan yang mendadak,” jelasnya.
Dia menerangkan bahwa setiap hari Pertamina Cabang Kota Medan mendistribusikan 100 ribu tabung LPG 3kg yang penyalurannya dilakukan setiap hari Senin hingga Sabtu.. Artinya dalam satu bulan, rata-rata pendistribusian dilakukan selama 25 hari atau sekitar 2,5 juta tabung.
“Jumlah penduduk Kota Medan ada sekitar 2,3 juta jiwa, rasionya 0,94. Artinya per orang hampir satu tabung dan setiap keluarga sekitar 4 tabung per bulan,” pungkasnya. (rel)
