“Baik, nanti Dit 1 Koorsup akan Saya arahkan untuk melakukan rakor dengan intansi terkait, untuk mendalami permasalahan tersebut dengan meminta masukan masukan dari mereka terkait proses peralihan (aset) tersebut ya,” kata Didik A Wijanarko melalui pesan WhatsApp kepada wartawan, beberapa hari yang lalu.
Didik memastikan akan menyimpulkan hasil rakor tim korsup terkait peralihan lahan milik PTPN2 ke PT. Ciputra.
“Dari rakor tersebut akan dapat disimpulkan apakah prosedural dan legal, serta apakah perlu langkah lanjut dari permasalahan tersebut,” katanya.
Kabarnya, PT. Ciputra menguasai 8.000 hektar lebih lahan milik PTPN2 di Kabupaten Deliserdang, Sumatera Utara, yang digunakan mereka untuk pembangunan kawasan elit di pinggiran Kota Medan.
Saat ini proyek milik PT. Ciputra itu sudah masuk ke tahapan pembangunan lokasi ketiga. Pertama di kawasan Jalan Pancing, dekat Kampus Unimed dan UINSU.
Kedua, pembangunan Citraland Megapolitan Helvetia, dan ketiga di Desa Bangun Sari, Tanjung Morawa, Deliserdang.
Informasi diperoleh, pada awal 2020, DPRD Deliserdang telah mengesahkan perubahan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) RTRW Pemkab Deliserdang. Perubahan perda tersebut ditandatangani oleh Zakky Shahri Ketua DPRD Deliserdang periode 2019 – 2024.
