Jakarta, INVOCAVIT.COM: Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memeriksa mantan Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Sumut, Idianto, yang kini menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Badan Pemulihan Aset di Kejaksaan Agung.
“Benar, sebagaimana disampaikan Pak Deputi (Asep Guntur Rahayu), telah dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh penyidik terhadap saksi dimaksud,” kata Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, dalam keterangan resminya, Selasa (19/8/2025).
Idianto diperiksa di Kantor Kejaksaan Agung. Dalam pemeriksaan tersebut, penyidik mendalami pengetahuannya terkait proyek pembangunan dan preservasi jalan di Sumatera Utara yang kini menjadi sorotan. KPK menilai keterangan Idianto penting untuk memperkuat rangkaian bukti dan akan dicocokkan dengan keterangan saksi lainnya.
“Dalam proses penyidikan ini, keterangan dari setiap saksi tentu penting untuk mencari petunjuk dan bukti-bukti yang dibutuhkan penyidik untuk membuat terang perkaranya,” jelas Budi.
Budi juga menambahkan, pemeriksaan terhadap Idianto dilakukan beriringan dengan pemeriksaan etik oleh Kejaksaan Agung. Hal ini disebut sebagai bentuk sinergi antar aparat penegak hukum.

Selain Idianto, KPK juga menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap Rektor Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Muryanto Amin. Namun, yang bersangkutan tidak hadir tanpa keterangan pada jadwal pemeriksaan Jumat (15/8/2025) lalu.
“Terkait perkara Sumut, untuk pemanggilan rektor yang bersangkutan tidak hadir,” kata Budi.
Ia menegaskan, KPK akan menjadwalkan ulang pemeriksaan terhadap Muryanto. Hingga kini, belum ada konfirmasi dari pihak USU mengenai ketidakhadiran sang rektor.
Kasus ini bermula dari operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) yang dilakukan KPK di Sumatera Utara pada Kamis (26/6/2025) malam. Dari OTT tersebut, KPK menetapkan lima orang sebagai tersangka dalam dugaan suap proyek pembangunan jalan di Dinas PUPR Sumut dan Satuan Kerja (Satker) PJN Wilayah I Sumut.
Proyek yang menjadi sorotan bernilai fantastis, mencapai Rp231,8 miliar dari enam paket pekerjaan jalan yang diduga telah dikondisikan sebelumnya.
Lima tersangka yang diumumkan KPK pada Sabtu (28/6/2025) malam adalah Topan Obaja Putra Ginting (Kepala Dinas PUPR Sumut), Rasuli Efendi Siregar (Kepala UPTD Gunung Tua Dinas PUPR sekaligus Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen/PPK), Heliyanto (PPK Satker PJN Wilayah I Sumut), M. Akhirun Efendi Siregar (Direktur Utama PT Daya Nur Global), serta putranya, M. Rayhan Dulasmi Piliang (Direktur PT Rukun Nusantara).
Dalam OTT tersebut, penyidik mengamankan uang tunai Rp231 juta yang diduga bagian dari komitmen fee. Total suap dalam perkara ini diperkirakan mencapai Rp2 miliar.
Dalam konstruksi perkara, KPK mengungkap dua skema suap berbeda. Pertama, di lingkungan Dinas PUPR Sumut, di mana Topan Obaja bersama Rasuli Efendi dan Akhirun Siregar diduga merekayasa proyek pembangunan Jalan Sipiongot–Batas Labuhanbatu Selatan dan Jalan Hutaimbaru–Sipiongot senilai Rp157,8 miliar. PT Daya Nur Global ditunjuk sebagai pelaksana tanpa melalui prosedur resmi. Sebagai imbalannya, Akhirun dan Rayhan memberikan sejumlah uang kepada Rasuli dan Topan.
Kedua, pada proyek di bawah Satker PJN Wilayah I Sumut. Heliyanto selaku PPK diduga menerima suap Rp120 juta dari Akhirun dan Rayhan untuk mengatur proyek melalui sistem e-katalog. Dengan cara ini, PT Daya Nur Global dan PT Rukun Nusantara berulang kali memenangkan paket pekerjaan sepanjang 2023–2025.***
