PANCURBATU, INVOCAVIT.COM – Warga Dsn II Desa Lama, Kec. Pancur Batu, Kab. Deli Serdang mendadak geger. Pasalnya, seorang mahasiswi sekolah keperawatan di Medan bernama Talita Br Tarigan (19), tewas gantung diri di kamar rumahnya kawasan sekitar lokasi.
Jasadnya pertama kali ditemukan oleh kedua orang tuanya yang baru tiba dari Tanah Karo, Rabu (2/10) malam sekira pukul 17.40 WIB.
Data yang diterima dari lapangan, malam itu ayah korban bernama Piala Tarigan (54) dan ibunya yang bekerja sebagai ASN di Tanah Karo tiba di kediaman mereka yang ditempati korban di Dsn II Desa Lama karena memang kebetulan ada jadwal kegiatan rohani. Saat hendak membuka pintu depan, ternyata tidak bisa dibuka, karena korban mengunci pintu dari dalam.
Karena penasaran, ayah korban pun mengintip dari jendela kamar, yang akhirnya melihat anak bungsu dari empat bersaudara itu tergantung di plafon pintu. Dengan wajah kalut, kedua orang tua korban pun masuk ke dalam rumah setelah membuka pintu garasi mobil.
Dan setelah diamati, ternyata korban sudah tewas dengan cara gantung diri menggunakan tali. Seketika itu juga kedua orang tua korban melepaskan tubuh korban dari tali gantungan.
Warga sekitar yang mengetahui kejadian datang ke lokasi sekaligus melaporkannya kepada Kepala Desa Lama Nizar Laksmana Tarigan dan diteruskan ke Polsek Pancur Batu. Tak lama kemudian, Tim Reskrim Polsek Pancur Batu dipimpin Panit Reskrim Ipda Maruli Sihotang, SH bersama Tim Inafis Polrestabes Medan turun ke lokasi kejadian untuk melakukan penyelidikan.
Dari hasil olah TKP, petugas akhirnya memastikan kalau kematian wanita bertubuh mungil ini murni karena bunuh diri dan bukan akibat penganiayaan. Sebab, tidak ditemukan adanya tanda-tanda kekerasan di sekujur tubuh korban.
Kapolsek Pancur Batu Kompol Norman Sihite, SIK, MIK melalui Panit Reskrim Ipda Maruli Sihotang, SH ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan, penyebab kematian korban murni akibat bunuh diri. Sebelum mengakhiri hidupnya, ucap Ipda Sihotang ini, korban sempat membuat tulisan yang isinya mohon maaf kepada sang ibu, dan menyuruh agar kakaknya menjaga kedua orang tua mereka.
“Setelah dipastikan kalau kematian korban murni akibat bunuh diri, orang tua korban pun akhirnya membuat surat pernyataan tidak keberadaan,” sebut Sihotang.(ton)
