INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Medan resmi merilis nama konglomerat asal Medan, Mujianto alias Anam ke dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) kasus korupsi kredit macet yang menyebabkan kerugian negara senilai Rp39,5 miliar.
“Iya, sudah DPO,” tegas Kasi Penkum Kejati Sumut, Yos A Tarigan saat dikonfirmasi, Rabu (5/7/2023) sore.
Dikatakan Yos, bahwa saat itu tim dari Kejari Medan mendatangi rumah Mujianto untuk melaksanakan putusan kasasi Mahkamah Agung (MA) (Eksekusi red).
“Diketahui dia (terpidana Mujianto) tidak berada di tempat. Berita acara pencarian terpidana ditandatangani RT setempat,” tegas Yos lagi.
Mantan Kasi Pidsus Kejari Deli Serdang itu menjelaskan, sebagaimana pada umumnya terpidana korupsi itu diterbitkan DPO untuk melaksanakan putusan kasasi MA.
Yos menambahkan, hendaknya yang bersangkutan dapat menghormati putusan kasasi MA dan datang ke Kejari Medan.
“Kita mengimbau kepada para DPO agar segera menyerahkan diri, karena tidak ada tempat yang aman bagi DP
pungkasnya.
Diketahui bahwa, MA membatalkan vonis bebas Mujianto di tingkat PN Medan. Mujianto dihukum 9 tahun penjara dan denda Rp500 juta dengan subsider 3 bulan kurungan.
Mujianto juga dijatuhi hukuman untuk membayar Uang Pengganti (UP) kerugian negara senilai Rp 13.400.000.000, dengan subsider 4 tahun penjara.
Sementara dalam dakwaannya jaksa mengatakan, Mujianto melakukan pengikatan perjanjian jual beli tanah kepada Canakya Suman seluas 13.680 m2 yang terletak di Desa Helvetia Kecamatan Labuhan Deli, Kabupaten Deli Serdang.
Seiring waktu berjalan, PT KAYA dengan Direktur Canakya Suman mengajukan kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi Kredit Yasa Griya di bank plat merah tersebut dengan plafon Rp39,5 miliar guna pengembangan perumahan Takapuna Residence di Jalan Kapten Sumarsono dan menjadi kredit macet serta diduga terdapat peristiwa pudana yang mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara.
Kemudian, dalam pencairan kredit tersebut tidak sesuai dengan proses dan aturan yang berlaku dalam penyetujuan kredit di perbankan, akibatnya ditemukan peristiwa pidana yang mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara Rp39,5 M.(red)
