INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam upaya memperkuat kualitas pendidikan vokasi industri di wilayah Sumatera Utara, terus ditunjukkan PT Indako Trading Coy selaku main dealer Honda di wilayah Sumatera Utara (Sumut), dengan kembali menggelar Sarasehan SMK Mitra Binaan PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) se-Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
Sarasehan bertemakan “Satu Hati Tingkatkan Prestasi Menuju Kompetensi Ahli“ yang berlangsung pada Selasa (7/2/23) di Hotel Karibia Medan ini bertujuan untuk membangun semangat kerjasama dan silaturahmi bersama SMK Mitra Binaan AHM melalui sejumlah agenda materi, seperti halnya review activity dan evaluasi aktivitas program, serta sosialisasi program Satu Hati Education Program (SHEP) 2022 & Plan 2023.
Untuk mendukung proses link and match antara Honda dan SMK, pada sarasehan ini Honda juga memberikan guidance praktek kerja industri 2023 yang akan digunakan SMK mitra binaan AHM dalam menjalankan misi baiknya.
Apresiasi atas kinerja para SMK pada periode sebelumnya juga diberikan Honda melalui sesi rewarding best performance ka.prodi 2022 yang sukses diraih oleh SMKS Mandiri sebagai juara I, SMKS Muhammadiyah 9 Medan sebagai juara II, dan SMKS Panca Budi 1 Medan sebagai juara ke-III.
Selain itu kategori best performance SMK Grade A 2022 berhasil diraih SMKN 14 Medan sebagai juara I, SMK Swasta Mandiri juara II, dan SMKS Al Washliyah 2 Merbau juara III.
Sedangkan untuk kategori best performance SMK Grade A+ 2022 yang berhasil diraih oleh SMKS Sri Langkat untuk terbaik pertama, SMK PABA Teknik untuk terbaik kedua, dan SMKS Dwiwarna untuk terbaik ketiga.
Sugandi Sanjaya, S. Pd, selaku Kepala SMK Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura, mengungkapkan, sarasehan yang digelar di awal tahun 2023 ini tentunya dapat semakin memacu semangat seluruh SMK Mitra Binaan AHM dalam mengembangkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan vokasi industri di wilayah Sumut, dengan melahirkan banyak bibit unggul yang dapat menjawab tantangan dunia kerja di masa depan.
