Laporan itu teregister dalam Laporan Polisi Nomor: LP/ B/1401/VIII/2025/ SPKT/ Polda Sumatera Utara tanggal 25 Agustus 2025 atas dugaan tidak pidana penipuan sesuai Pasal 378 dan Pasal 263 Jo Pasal 266 menempatkan keterangan palsu dalam akta otentik.
Kuasa Hukum pelapor, Dr Khomeini, SE, SH, MH didampingi, Hardian Maulana Putra SH dalam keterangannya pada wartawan, Senin (25/8) petang mengatakan, kronologis kejadian ini berawal saat kliennya menikah dengan terlapor pada 31 Oktober 2015 dan kini sudah dikaruniai 2 orang anak. Namun, saat kelahiran anak pertama pelapor mengetahui kalau terlapor (suaminya-red) ternyata sudah memiliki anak dan istri yang tinggal di Tapanuli Utara. Lalu pada Desember 2016 saat pelapor mengandung anak kedua, terlapor sudah jarang datang dan tak memberi nafkah.
“Yang kami kedepankan dalam laporan hari ini terkait permasalahan dugaan identitas palsu. Dimana saat terlapor melangsungkan pernikahan dia diduga menggunakan identitas palsu /KTP. Dalam KTP tersebut terlapor menggunakan nama Alek Sani dengan status lajang dan pekerjaan wiraswasta. Padahal sebenarnya terlapor adalah seorang ASN di Taput. Klien kami pada 2019 sudah berupaya mendatangi terlapor namun tidak ada itikad baik untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya,” jelas Khomeini.
Lalu pada 19 Agustus 2025 kami, lanjut Khomeini, sebagai kuasa hukum telah mengirimkan somasi dan kami langsung menemui Bupati, Wakil Bupati dan Kepala Inspektorat Taput untuk meminta Bupati agar memproses terlapor terkait kode etik sebagai ASN. Hari ini kami juga minta pada Kapoldasu segera memproses laporan klien kami. Ditkrimum agar segera memanggil terlapor dan segera diperiksa.
Hardian Maulana Putra, SH menambahkan, pihaknya sangat menyayangkan perbuatan oknum ASN ini. Harusnya ASN menjadi cerminan di masyarakat. “Akan tetapi malah menipu klien kami dengan menggunakan identitas palsu saat menikahi klien kami. Kami berharap laporan kami ditindaklanjuti oleh Poldasu,” jelasnya sambil mengatakan pihaknya juga bakal mengajukan Pengaduan Masyarakat (Dumas) terkait dugaan pelantaran anak.
Sementara, pelapor, Elsa Lorenza berharap supaya dia mendapat keadilan. Begitu juga dengan kedua anaknya mendapatkan haknya sebagai anak kandung terlapor.(rel).
