Pantai Cermin, INVOCAVIT.VOM: Warga Kecamatan Pantai Cermin tampak memadati Kantor Desa Besar II Terjun untuk mengurus berbagai keperluan administrasi kependudukan dan jaminan kesehatan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai menghadirkan kemudahan layanan melalui Pelayanan Terpadu Administrasi Kependudukan dan BPJS Kesehatan, Rabu (17/12/2025).
Pelayanan yang berlangsung sejak pagi hingga pukul 16.00 WIB ini disambut antusias masyarakat. Dengan konsep pelayanan cepat, ramah, dan inovatif berbasis desa, warga dapat mengurus berbagai dokumen penting seperti KTP elektronik, Kartu Keluarga, akta kelahiran, hingga layanan kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan dalam satu lokasi dan waktu yang sama.
Kegiatan ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, BPJS Kesehatan, serta Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Sumatera Utara melalui program “Ombudsman On The Spot” menjadi jaminan bahwa pelayanan berjalan sesuai standar, transparan, dan bebas dari praktik maladministrasi.
Asisten III Pemkab Serdang Bedagai Drs. Dimas Kurnianto, SH, MM, M.SP, Sekretaris Dinas Dukcapil Syafran Nasution, S.STP, Kabag Orta Setdakab Parulian Siagian, S.STP, M.Si., yang hadir mewakili pemerintah daerah, menegaskan bahwa pelayanan terpadu ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen pemerintah untuk mendekatkan layanan publik kepada masyarakat hingga ke pelosok desa.
Turut hadir perwakilan Ombudsman Sumut Darma, BPJS Kantor cabang Lubuk Pakam Rahmat Kurniawan, S.E., Nabilah, S.M., serta perangkat desa se-Kecamatan Pantai Cermin yang ikut membantu kelancaran pelayanan.
Untuk memastikan kegiatan berjalan aman dan tertib, Polsek Pantai Cermin melakukan pengamanan dan monitoring dipimpin Kapolsek Pantai Cermin AKP FSM Manik, S.H., M.H., didukung Ipda Brimen, S.H., M.H, dan Bhabinkamtibmas Bripka Himan Sembiring.
Melalui pelayanan terpadu ini, masyarakat tidak hanya mendapatkan kemudahan akses layanan, tetapi juga kepastian proses yang cepat, jelas, dan akuntabel.
