TOBA, INVOCAVIT.COM -Pengusaha bahan bangunan (Panglong), Wesly Sitorus (56) tewas mengenaskan. Tubuhnya dipenuhi luka dan memar akibat pukulan benda tumpul. Korban diduga kuat dibunuh.
Mayat Wesly Sitorus ditemukan didalam rumah kecil panglong miliknya di Desa Patane 3 dekat Gereja HKI Patane, Kecamatan Porsea, Jumat (2/8) sekira pukul 09.00 Wib.
“Wesly Sitorus kami temukan di pintu kamar dalam keadaan seluruh tubuh kaku tak bernyawa. Wesly Sitorus tak mengenakan celana dan posisi tertunduk hingga kepala menyentuh lantai dan hidung lebam hitam kebiruan. Tak lama kemudian Polisi yang tiba di tempat kejadian langsung membawa jenazah korban ke RSUD Porsea,” terang Rungga Sitorus.
Rungga turut mendampingi saat korban di bawa ke RSUD Porsea. Di kamar mayat, terlihat korban mengalami luka di sekujur tubuhnya yang diduga akibat benturan benda tumpul. Bagian lutut kaki kiri korban remuk, luka di bagian dada, leher sebelah kiri seperti kena jerat tali, tulang batang hidung lebam dan kelamin korban juga diduga terkena pukulan benda tumpul.
Saksi mata yang pertama melihat korban adalah Rustam Butarbutar (55) warga Kecamatan Uluan yang juga teman korban sesama toke panglong.
Rustam menceritakan kronologi awal ditemukannya korban.
“Kebetulan saya datang ke tempatnya untuk meminta mengantarkan barang pesanan saya. Tiba di lokasi, saya melihat ada mobil korban. Saya lalu panggil-panggil dia dari luar tapi tidak ada yang menyahut. Tak lama kemudian muncul pekerja di panglong itu dan bilang biar dicek ke rumah kecil yang berada di belakang panglong.
“Saya panggil dari luar tetap tak menyahut, lalu saya mendekat ke arah pintu karena saya melihat ada sandalnya didekat pintu. Saya kaget dari luar pintu terlihat kaki dan tangan di atas lantai. Saya langsung lari ke halaman dan memberitahu kepada para pekerja bangunan itu. Mereka pun lalu masuk ke dalam rumah dan benar, korban adalah Wesly Sitorus dan sudah dalam keadaan meninggal dengan posisi tersungkur. Tak lama kemudian, polisi tiba di lokasi dan korban dibawa ke RSUD Porsea,” imbuh Rustam.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Toba, Iptu Wilson Panjaitan ketika dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya penemuan mayat atas nama Wesly Sitorus. Wilson mengaku pihaknya telah melakukan olah TKP awal. Melihat adanya kejanggalan pada kematian korban, pihak kepolisian menganjurkan agar korban di autopsi namun istri dan anak korban tidak ada yang mau.
“Intinya pihak keluarga istri dan anaknya ngak keberatan dengan kematian korban dan awalnya tidak mau dilakukan autopsi. Setelah menjelang malam, dari pihak laki laki atau keluarga Sitorus keberatan dan meminta dilakukan autopsi. Akhirnya kita arahkan keluarga membuat laporan polisi, tapi lagi-lagi istri dan anaknya tidak ada yang mau buat laporan polisi. Lalu kita buat laporan polisi model A penemuan mayat biar menjadi dasar kita melakukan autopsi ke Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Medan. Jenazah sudah diberangkatkan untuk autopsi sekira pukul 21.00 Wib,” papar Wilson.
Untuk memudahkan olah TKP, pihak kepolisian telah memasang police line (garis polisi). Pihaknya juga telah menjadwalkan untuk melakukan olah TKP ulang.
Wilson belum dapat menyimpulkan kematian korban akibat penganiayaan. “Kita tunggu saja hasil visum, semoga cepat keluar sehingga kami dapat mengetahui penyebab kematian Wesly Sitorus,” ungkap Kasat Reskrim.(jos).
