INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Plt.Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin, SH melantik PNS Dalam Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, di Ruang Pola Kantor Bupati Langkat, Jum’at 17 Februari 2023.
Plt.Kepala BKD Romarlan Harahap,SH membacakan surat keputusan Bupati Langkat No.824-19/K/2023 tanggal 15 Februari 2023, tentang pengangkatan pegawai negri sipil (PNS) dalam jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama (Eselon II) di jajaran pemerintahan kabupaten Langkat.
Adapun nama-nama yang di lantik sebagai berikut :
1.Drs.Hermansyah, M.IP Sebagai Inspektur
2.Drs.Mulyono, M.Si Sebagai Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat.
3.H.Sutrisuanto,S.Sos,M.AP Sebagai Staf Ahli Bid. Pembangunan, Ekonomi dan Keuangan
4.H.Sukhyar Mulyamin, S.Sos, M.Si Asisten Adm Ekbang
5.Eka Syahputra Depari, S.STP Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah
6.dr.Juliana,MM Sebagai Kepala Dinas Kesehatan.

Syah Afandi, berpesan jadikan jabatan ini sebagai amanah serta wajib di laksanakan dengan penuh tanggung jawab sebagaimana sumpah / janji yang telah di ucapkan.
“Saya berharap mutasi dan ahli tugas janganlah di artikan sebagai sesuatu yang memiliki konotasi negatif tetapi jadikanlah ahli tugas dan mutasi ini sebagai wahana untuk lebih meningkatkan disiplin dan etos kerja yang baik dalam pelaksanaan tugas yang di percayakan,” tukasnya.
Syah Afandi juga mengingatkan kembali bahwa ada tiga peran yang harus melekat pada diri seseorang pemimpin, tiga peran yang maksudkan yaitu :
1. Seseorang pemimpin pelaksana yang mampu melaksanakan kinerja sesuai dengan kemampuan.
2. Bekerjalah sesuai kewenangan yang dimiliki, jangan memutuskan masalah yang bukan kewenangan.
3. Serta gunakan fasilitas sesuai pangkat dan jabatan.
