MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Semangat peserta perwakilan guru dan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) binaan PT Indako Trading Coy selaku main dealer Honda di wilayah Sumatera Utara untuk mengukir prestasi terbaik di ajang tingkat nasional Festival Vokasi Satu Hati 2025 semakin berkobar setelah mendapat apresiasi dan dukungan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada Kamis, 6 Februari 2025.

Bertempat di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Sumut di Jl. Teuku Cik Ditiro No.1-D, Medan, guru yang berasal dari SMKN 2 Medan, Darwin Sinaga, dan kedua siswa yaitu Dio Ramadhani dari SMKS Satrya Budi 1 Perdagangan dan Andika Syahputra dari SMKS Mandiri Medan bersama manajement Honda, disambut hangat Suhendri, Kepala Bidang (Kabid) SMK Dinas Pendidikan Sumut.

Suhendri sangat menyambut baik kedatangan kedua siswa dan guru SMK yang akan berkompetisi di ajang tingkat Nasional Festival Vokasi Satu Hati. Doa’ dan dukungan senantiasa diberikan kepada para finalis, dan tentunya menjadi sebuah kebanggaan bagi Sumut dapat mengirimkan kontingen yang diharapkan dapat meraih prestasi terbaik di ajang nasional nanti.

Sementara itu, Armayadie, Deputy TSD Manager PT Indako Trading Coy, mengungkapkan pihaknya sangat bersyukur dan menyambut baik atas dukungan yang diberikan Dinas Pendidikan Sumut kepada kedua siswa dan guru SMK Mitra Binaan Honda yang akan berjuang di ajang pada tanggal 9 s/d 11 Februari 2025 di Astra Honda Motor Safety Riding and Training Centre, Deltamas, Cikarang, Jawa Barat.

Menurutnya dukungan ini akan menjadi pemacu semangat mereka untuk mewujudkan mimpi meraih prestasi terbaik pada kompetisi tingkat nasional bergengsi tersebut.

Untuk menghadapi ajang bergengsi ini, sebelumnya guru dan kedua siswa SMK ini telah menjalani rangkaian pembekalan untuk memperkaya pengetahuan dan wawasan mereka terkait pengetahuan terkait teknologi dan perawatan sepeda motor yang dilaksanakan pada 15 s/d 24 Januari 2025 di Indako Development Center (IDC) Jl. Adam Malik, Medan.

Pembekalan dimulai dengan pemberian materi kulrikulum TBSM dan product knowledge terkait beragam jajaran motor Honda. Dimana para peserta tidak hanya menjalani sesi praktek meja yang meliputi pemahaman tentang 5 modul yang terdiri dari engine, frame electric, general dan tekologi PGM-FI, namun juga diperkaya pengetahuannya seputar teknologi yang terdapat pada motor listrik.

Sementara itu, Leo Wijaya, Vice Presdir PT Indako Trading Coy, dengan semangat Satu Hati mengungkapkan, ajang Festival Vokasi Satu Hati merupakan salah satu upaya Honda untuk bersinergi dengan dunia pendidikan dalam mencetak Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) unggul dan siap terjun di dunia kerja.

Pihaknya berharap kolaborasi ini dapat memberikan manfaat untuk dunia vokasi dan turut berperan nyata dalam link and match pengembangan guru dan siswa sehingga sesuai dengan perkembangan kebutuhan industri. (rel)
