JAKARTA, INVOCAVIT.COM – Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Dirkrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya terus mengusut kasus dugaan pemerasan yang dilakukan oleh mantan Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Firli Bahuri terhadap mantan Menteri Pertanian Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL).
Polisi menyebut telah mengantongi 4 alat bukti terkait kasus tersebut. “Dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang terjadi yang diduga dilakukan oleh tersangka FB, penyidik telah mengantongi alat bukti dalam perkara a quo, sebagaimana dalam Pasal 184 KUHAP disebutkan, bukan hanya 2 alat bukti, penyidik telah mengantongi 4 alat bukti,” kata Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak, Rabu (3/7/2024).
Dikutip dari Media Polri, Ade Safri menegaskan, dalam perkara tersebut, pihaknya akan mengusut secara transparan hingga akuntabel. “Kami jamin penyidikan dalam penanganan perkara a quo akan berjalan secara profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel,” ujar dia.
Di sisi lain, terkait perkara yang ditangani, Ade Safri berkata, pihaknya terus berkoordinasi dengan pihak Kejaksaan untuk melengkapi berkas perkara. Ade Safri mengaku, tidak ada kendala dalam kasus tersebut.
“Koordinasi efektif terus kita lakukan, beberapa waktu lalu saya sudah sampaikan juga bahwa dalam beberapa penanganan baik itu tahap penyelidikan maupun penyidikan, beberapa yang kita tangani, ini semua sedang berjalan, sehingga dalam rangka efektivitas dan efisiensi kita tim penyidik melakukan beberapa upaya-upaya baik itu koordinasi efektif dengan JPU maupun hasil koordinasi dengan JPU pada kantor Kejati DKI Jakarta,” jelasnya.
Penyidik telah menetapkan mantan Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri sebagai tersangka dugaan pemerasan terhadap SYL sejak November 2023. Firli dijerat dengan dugaan tindak pidana pemberantasan korupsi berupa pemerasan atau gratifikasi atau suap terkait dengan penanganan permasalahan hukum di Kementan RI pada kurun 2020-2023.***
