Truk Angkut 46 Motor Terbakar di Torgamba

Truk pengangkut 46 sepeda motor ludes terbakar bersama barang bawaannya.(ist)

 

LABUSEL, INVOCAVIT.COM – 
Satu unit truk ekspedisi mengangkut 46 unit sepeda motor ludes terbakar di Jalinsum, persis depan Kantor Camat Torgamba Desa Aek Batu, Kecamatan Torgamba, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan (Labusel), Minggu (2/3/2025) sekira pukul 00.30 WIB.

Tidak ada korban jiwa dalam peristiwa itu, namun kerugian ditaksir mencapai Rp 2 miliar.

Hingga Senin (3/3/2025), penyebab kebakaran masih dalam penyelidikan pihak berwajib. Dugaan sementara, disebabkan hubungan pendek arus listrik (korsleting).

“Penyebab kebakaran diduga percikan api yang berasal dari sepeda motor yang berada di atas truk pengangkut,” sebut Kapolres Labusel, AKBP Arfin Fachreza melalui Kasi Humas, AKP Sujono, Senin (3/3/2025).

Kata dia, peristiwa kebakaran itu diketahui setelah seorang pengendara sepeda motor melihat api di bagian atas belakang truk Hino nomor polisi BK 8242 GI pengangkut sepeda motor Ikhsan (41), Kecamatan Beringin, Kabupaten Deliserdang.

Warga kemudian memberitahukan kepada sopir truk. Beruntung personel Polsek Torgamba yang tengah melakukan patroli segera mengarahkan pengemudi truk untuk berhenti di lokasi yang jauh dari permukiman penduduk.

Api kemudian dengan cepat menjilati sekelilingnya sehingga 44 unit sepeda motor jenis Honda Vario dan 2 Beat ludes bersama truk tersebut.

“Anggota Polsek Torgamba yang sedang patroli mengarahkan sopir untuk berhenti di lokasi yang tidak padat permukiman. Sopir truk segera menyelamatkan diri,” tutur AKP Sujono.

Api dapat dipadamkan dengan bantuan mobil pemadam kebakaran dari kantor Camat Torgamba sekira 1 jam kemudian.

Informasi diperoleh menyebutkan, seluruh sepeda motor itu rencananya akan dibawa ke PT Indaco Trading Coy Medan yang beralamat di KIM II Jalan Pulau Karimun Mabar Medan.***
