MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM:  Kapolrestabes Medan Kombes Pol Gidion Arif Setyawan memimpin kenaikan pangkat 152 personel pada upacara Korp Raport Kenaikan Pangkat di lapangan Apel Mapolrestabes Medan, Rabu (2/7/25).

Prosesi upacara diawali pembacaan pernyataan resmi kenaikan pangkat, dilanjutkan dengan penyematan tanda pangkat baru secara simbolis oleh Kapolres kepada perwakilan anggota.

Suasana haru dan bangga jelas terlihat di wajah para personel yang mendapatkan kehormatan ini.

Kapolrestabes Medan Kombes Pol. Dr. Gidion Arif Setyawan mengucapkan selamat kepada seluruh personel yang naik pangkat.

Ia mengingatkan bahwa kenaikan pangkat adalah bentuk anugerah yang patut disyukuri, sekaligus menjadi kebanggaan bagi diri sendiri dan keluarga.

“Naik pangkat berarti semakin besar pula tanggungjawab yang diemban,” katanya.

Namun, Gidion mengingatkan bahwa pencapaian ini adalah hasil dari kerja keras, dedikasi, serta dukungan dari atasan, rekan, dan keluarga.

“Dengan kenaikan pangkat ini, diharapkan semakin memotivasi personel Polrestabes Medan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dan pengabdiannya,” pesannya.

Gidion tidak lupa menyampaikan apresiasi dan ucapan selamat kepada para istri dan suami anggota yang naik pangkat.

“Selamat atas kenaikan pangkatnya, bagi ibu-ibu Bhayangkari atau para pinkers tetap berikan dukun penuh dalam tugas suaminya,” ujarnya.

Secara rinci, dari 152 anggota Polrestabes Medan yang naik pangkat pada periode ini, terdapat 1 personel Kompol ke AKBP, 3 personel dari AKP ke Kompol, 1 personel Iptu ke AKP, 5 personel Ipda ke Iptu, 39 personel dari Aipda ke Aiptu, 74 personel dari Bripka ke Aipda, 3 personel Brigadir ke Bripka, 10 personel Briptu ke Brigadir dan 6 personel Bripda ke Briptu.

“Selain itu saya mengucapkan selamat kepada 9 personel yang mendapat UKP (upacara kenaikan pangkat) pengabdian atau penghargaan,” katanya.

Upacara diakhiri dengan tradisi penyiraman air kembang kepada personel yang naik pangkat.

“Ini sebagai simbol rasa syukur dan semangat baru dalam mengemban amanah pangkat yang lebih tinggi,” pungkas Kombes Pol Gidion Arif Setyawan.***
