Tiga kawanan maling emas pengunjung SPBU diamankan bersama barang bukti.(ist).
LABUSEL, INVOCAVIT.COM – Tim gabungan Polsek Torgamba dan Satuan Reskrim Polres Labuhanbatu Selatan (Labusel) meringkus tiga pria pencuri perhiasan emas milik pengunjung Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU).
“Tiga pelaku pencurian perhiasan di SPBU kita tangkap saat hendak melarikan diri ke Medan,” kata Kapolres Labusel, AKBP Maringan Simanjuntak didampingi Kasat Reskrim, AKP Gurbacov, Jumat (19/4/2024).
Dijelaskannya, ketiganya adalah, Ade Syahputra Harahap (22), M Toba Lubis (26) dan Vijay Khana Siregar (28), warga Kabupaten Labusel melakukan aksinya di SPBU Asam Jawa Desa Asam Jawa, Kecamatan Torgamba, Kabupaten Labusel pada Rabu (17/4/2024) sekira pukul 05.00 WIB.
Ketiganya menggasak berbagai perhiasan emas milik korban, Rosmani Boru Sianipar (55), warga Indra Giri Hulu, Riau. Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) tersebut tengah beristirahat dalam mobilnya di SPBU karena lelah dari perjalanannya.
“Ketiga tersangka memiliki peran masing-masing, sebagai eksekutor dan mengamati situasi,” terangnya.
Pencurian itu diketahui korban ketika bangun dari tidurnya. Dia langsung melaporkan kejadian itu LP/B/90/IV/2024/SPKT/POLSEK TORGAMBA/POLRES LABUHANBATU SELATAN/POLDASU.
Dari olah Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) dan petunjuk CCTV serta keterangan saksi, ciri-ciri dan identitas tersangka diketahui, sehingga segera dilakukan pengejaran.
“Pada Jumat,19 April 2024, tim mendapat informasi para pelaku pencurian di SPBU Asam Jawa tersebut akan melarikan diri tujuan Medan,” bebernya.
Ketiganya ditangkap di kawasan Desa Pematang Seleng Kecamatan Bilah Hulu Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.
Bersama mereka disita bernagai barang bukti emas, berupa 4 kalung, 1 gelang, 1 emas dan 4 anting emas.
“Selanjutnya para pelaku dan barang bukti dibawa ke Polres Labuhanbatu Selatan untuk diproses hukum,” pungkas Maringan.***
